Be careful with this company, their descriptions of the product are confusing, they advertised as you can get a refund for your product if you pay for return shipping but as it turns out it is not as simple as that.
I shipped my product the same day that I got it, it got there in three business days and they took 5 weeks to process the return. It doesn't take any company that long to do so. I guess they just do it so the customer forgets. I had to send them several emails to ask for the refund. Finally, when I threaten to contact the better business bureau they refund partially my money.
They will be quick to take your money but will take 5 weeks to partially refund you. Needless to say I will not be using them for anything big or small at all!

They are scammers, Dont work with them,VERY RUDE & DISRESPECTFUL. I ordered a cheese curler from Amazon and homeplace group was the seller , it is a defective item and they are not taking it back , Ron said if Amazon approves the return we will send you the return label for a full refund,I called Amazon and they emailed them the approval letter for a full refund and still they are not doing the refund , when I called back and talk to Ron and told him l did what you asked me to do and you have the email from Amazon, which says , since the item it's defected you should refund the money he hang up the phone while I was stilltalking !!!!!!!!!!!! and when I called back someone else answered the phone and I told her while l was talking Ron hung up the phone ....... she said we don't have to listen to you....they are very disrespectful and rude , they don't even deserve to get 1 star

I was in the process of refurnishing my home this past month, a daunting task but the service here made it all the easier. I was guided towards the best options and styles for my floor plan and lifestyle. I am so happy with the quality and fashionability of my choices. Definitely referring friends and family here if and when they ever need new furniture!
They also have other nice items and I couldn't help but walk out the door with a BEAUTIFUL new corsa miglia leather bag

I ordered replacement bunn feet for my couch because one of the original feet was damaged during a move. I had tried some that I purchased from a home improvement store, but the screw wasn't long enough to reach the threading. I searched and found these and they fit perfectly! And they look fantastic! I haven't decided if I want to paint them or maybe stain them, but for now my couch is no longer on the floor and has the added support - it sits so much better now. Highly recommend!

Homeplace Group Inc. sells defective furniture legs. Exchanges are no better, so don't waste your time and money on ordering anything. Save your time on returns and exchanges, because there is a restocking fee. Shipping is only going to cost you more money with no satisfaction. They will not give you anymore satisfaction than that, even their knowing I am writing this review.

I recently purchased a steel bed frame from a local furniture store- which came with standard metal bed frame leg- guides/glides. With the combination of the mattress, box spring, and bed frame the bed was so high that I was having to rocket launch myself onto the bed. I contacted Homeplace Group Inc via their Ebay storefront. They offered "low profile" bed glides as well as hardware that paired for a perfect fit. I can't sing their praises loud enough for offering excellent customer service. I contacted their customer service by phone and spoke with very helpful- very friendly staff. My bed now sits 4" lower- no more rocket launching myself onto the bed. Hardware was of high quality and Homeplace Group was the ONLY supplier I could find that didn't charge an arm and a leg for shipping.
