This one on main isalways busy and they always seem to have what i need..the only issue...no parking and defiantly not near enough handicap parking. You'd think in a town that's fill of retired people they'd have more available parking for those that need it.
Great choice in veggies and meat department rocks!!!

Stated it is now mandatory to wear a mask in order to shop in their store but once inside there were other shoppers without a mask on. If I have to wear one then they need to make everyone wear it. I was issued a mask at the door in order to walk inside. They are letting some slide and this is not the time to pick favorite customers.

Well I usually shop at the small HEB so when I went to the big one I knew it was gonna be sure busier and it was. It was a reminder of y I love my HEB#2!! When it's buzy like that I can't enjoy shopping and I like shopping for FOOD ! We got what my daughter wanted to get for her "GINGER BREAD HOUSE " making party and left which was expensive and left!

Incredible staff and products. They ve really been the heroes of this pandemic health crisis. Extremely quick workers make it to where the long lines take no time to get through. Specifically this location has always been above and beyond and always has and will continue to be my go-to

Always fresh food, fantastic meat and produce sections. Has a wonderful health section, and carries many health goods that others do not, including essential oils and remedies. The coffee is amazing. Only place I can find it (cafe ole). Good, competitive prices. Love shopping here, best local grocery store.

I typically love, HEB products, I refuse to shop anywhere else for most of my food. HEB brand is usually as good or better than the competition. I got a coupon to try HEB Organics Potatoe chips.. I like the baked cupsc from HEB. These chips however are grease bombs. They are the oiliest chips I have ever attempted to consume. Not only do I need to wripe my fingers after every chip, but the back of my hands also after reaching into the bag.
Step up your game... I am disappointed.

Some of the employees seemed to be unnecsisarily in a rush. Also a bit rude. Prices have gone up since my last visit.
On a positive note I am happy to report HEB is in my opinion, is top in sanitizing and trying to make it safe even though Texas has become more lenient with its guidelines.

It's by far the worst HEB. Under stocked, poor beef selection and crowded. Pharmacy is slow. No customer service at check out. Spent several hundred dollars and had a cart full, no offer to help me out to my car. I will not return to this HEB. We live approximately 80 miles from Kerrville HEB. I will travel an additional 20 miles to Fredericksburg HEB from now on.

Usually find everything I need and then some. Today found s lovely cucumber hummus. Who knew they made cucumber hummus. Also tasted before I bought. There was also a chocolate hummus that was amazing. Will certainly try this on cupcakes next time I make them. Suggested by great gal that demos this stuff.
