definitely superior grocery store..very courteous employees...plenty of choices at checking out the groceries...very busy but no complaints

Found everything i needed for an overnight here in Kerrville will be back for sure!

Was really a pleasant shopping experience with the HEB customer service.

Asked for Heinz Turkey Gravy. 3 days before Thanksgiving and no extra stock? Jeannie informed me "they'll restock tomorrow." So evidently in store but have to wait till tomorrow? Poor customer svc.

Shrimp stunk up the whole store, other than that food and service was great. Thanks

HEB needs to do a better job of sanitizing carts.

Also, most of shoppers refuse to wear a mask and this HEB is too crowded. Either HEB needs to enforce a mask policy or limit shoppers.

Austin HEB enforces mask policy and I appreciate it. Makes me feel at least a little better about shopping.

Can always find what I need. Really love my HEB!!!

Always good selection of groceries and the best meats and produce available at a grocery store in Kerrville area.

We were stocking up for a week of star gazing at an isolated ranch west of Sonora. This was the last grocery store on our way. We were able to find everything on our list. We had separated things that needed to be kept cold and noticed at checkout that we were going to be short a cooling bag for the trip. I asked two guys for help and they found what we needed before the cashier was done. It was great help and our food made it in great shape! Thanks much!

Normally its a 5 star opinion but today a young man in the meat department was having a bad day and got rude with us not realizing that the costumer is the ones paying his salary but thankfully a very nice lady working there as well heard the conversation and agreed with us and helped us out tremendously God bless her

When we get into a state that has one of these grocery stores we go out of our way to go and get your pies yummy yummy

So grateful to have access to a grocery store. Excellent produce, quality meats and cheeses, and newly discovered donut section. HEB has it going on!! Plus, when I am on a budget the prices are reasonable and often I can find 50% off produce items and 25% off meats.

They have everything. And it's good. As far as food goes anyway. If you need socks go to Walmart. Need a steak? Go to HEB.

Used to like to come to this one, not So Much Anymore, not sure why... it wasn't as clean as it used to be, it was crowded, that's good, just didn't enjoy the experience like I should have.

At this time with them downsizing many items i could not find that they use to have. Be glad when new store opens.

Jessica Lackey works with you Folks in Kerrville. She responded to a Facebook posting I did in Real County asking for someone to pick up a prescription from Walgreens and bring it to Leakey. She responded and brought it to us after her work. Kindness to strangers is a rare and treasured commodity these days. Jessica is truly a special person and you are fortunate to have her!

My first visit to an H-E-B very impressive. Hot and cold food made there, plus a full grocery. Big departments full of fresh stuff.
Sushi, fish meat, and bakery. Prime steaks and 10 open lanes!!
