A load cancelled on me 5 hours before pick up, but Wil went out of his way to help me find another load. Shortly after he got me a load going home.
If you want to lose 1 working day ( sometimes weekend ), please book a load with them.
You will end up wasting drivers time, your time and you ain't gonna get loaded. It will be cancelled next working day.

Rates are awful. They dont put pickup numbers in their load info and when you call them to get the correct numbers, they never answer the phone.
They are very slow to resolve issues (billing, osd, etc)
Seems they are either very new to doing this or they just dont care.
