Greco pizza

Delivery was on time and accurate. Pizza was good, but VERY greasy.

Relatively fast, relatively cheap, relatively good!

Close to work and attached to a Captain Sub. Have this for super every Friday as part of my 16hour shift routine :)

Horrible service. Waited 35 min for my small donair before i asked for my money back. Staff blamed the new employee

It's a Greco's pizza like any others. Consistant with other Greco quality. They haven't got a single order wrong yet and they're always quite fast comparative to other Greco's.

Had an issue with staff at this location not giving a price at the time of an order, when the driver showed up to deliver the food, was outraged at the cost, spoke to Debra, the apparent General Manager for the Moncton area. Asked about the pricing and was not advised that the prices changed & was not told to me upon ordering. Debra then proceeded to call me a liar and stood by her staff and refused to take my complaint seriously. I wasn't asking for a refund or anything, I just wanted to confirm the price & why it was more than I was under the impression it should be and to find out why the order taker on the phone didn't give a price, which they're supposed to. This is the worst service I've ever received. Will also be reporting to the BBB & National Head Office. This is not how a "General Manager" should be talking to customers. Highly inappropriate.

Donairs are a must-try, but don't miss the donair pizza. Crust is ordinary but toppings are generous, and the online ordering is well designed, even for ordering half-and-half. If you order online on Mondays, the party pizza (with any toppings) is the best deal in the city. Use the coupon code HALF and get a huge pizza for about $13.

The greco on Killam Dr sucks when u have somethingwwrong with the food they don't care they give u the run around and don't do anything about your problem i had thing wrong with my order more then once and they pretty well said deal with it and hung up and they tried to charge me 14 dollars for delivery but when confronted they didn't do it but still charged 2 dollars more then they were suppose too that was the last straw i will not order from killam dr again I'M DONE WITH KILLAM DR LOCATION

Customer service could be a bit better but food was still good.

Today I ordered three party pizzas from Greco Killam drive branch in which two of these are burnt and was taste very very bad. It was wastage of money for what I got. Had faced the same situation in past but didn't complain about that but it happened again so I have to write this time. Also the kitchen was in very bad condition at that time. It was a very very bad experience. hope it never happened with any other customer. THANK YOU.....

I find the pizza sauce is a lil spicey but over all good deals and yummy Doniars

Delivery took a very long time and my pizza was not as I order twice in a row.

Lunch special by the slice was a very good price. Pizza itself was ok. Was a little dry, not enough sauce.

We ordered online on a Monday night and it took over 70 minutes for the pizza to be delivered. Driver told us that our order was routed to the wrong store. We ordered from the Dieppe store which was closest to our hotel but he said it was resubmitted to the Killam Store. Donair sauce was frozen, seriously? I've never in my life ordered garlic fingers and received frozen donair sauce. The only reason I gave a 2-star rating was because the pizza tasted alright, otherwise it would have been a 1-star. I also love the $4.99 delivery fee and $1 debit machine fee. Nothing like getting us for a other 6 bucks while taking well over an hour to deliver pizza. Seriously, either takeout from Greco and pay cash or get pizza from somewhere else.

One of the pizza places I do like but could use a lot of work.

Prices are kind of ridiculous at times (if not all) but other than that it's pretty good, the only thing I dislike is the fact they put the pepperoni UNDER the cheese, it's something that bothers me but I'll eat it regardless.

Pizza was great! Bit pricey tho, hence the 3 stars. In saying that the sub side of the store looks awesome and the prices are reasonable. This is what I hot and how much I paid

Making The Box Size Bigger And Calling It "XL, Or XXL" While Cutting The Dough Amount And Topping Portions To Cut Costs.

Order 15 wings last night. Took an hour and a half to get. Pay 25.00 tip the drive 4.00 open the wings there cold. We ask for extra crispy and there not. They looked barley cooked. Threw them out. Waste of money. They don't care about your food down there. Just a bunch of kids working there

Wow! Bad service. Coworker and I went for lunch. Handful of people waiting on slices. Order donair sub from capt.sub and donair from Greco. 4 other customers were waited on before sub was made. 2 of 4 had called in orders that weren't started yet. Everyone that arrived before and after us was served, my sub was made and gone and my Co worker still didn't have his donair. After 25 min and the store was empty he went back a 2nd time to ask when he might get his order or at least his money back. Then they made the donair. And each person that showed their displeasure over orders not ready were told the same thing. The girl in back his new, it's her fault. I commented that this wasn't very constructive for the new person to hear all day and was told "well I can't help her back there and take orders out here " Bad service and it's all the new employee's fault? There were at least 3 other employees in the store. Not cool at all!!!

Decent pizza, a little pricey for what you get. Wait wasn't bad as it's fresh to order. Sat in and the place is a bit dated but clean for the most part.

has to be the most useless app EVER been trying to access for 3 days now can t even see a menu or anything don t bother downloading the greco app which is supposed to make it so easy just keeps timing out on that too

Online ordering usually gets mixed up or completely ignored.

Not a big fan of Greco, just meh pizza... nothing bad just does not stand out at all to us for either quality or price.

After being excited and impressed everything went downhill! We tried Greco for the first time because they have GF crust my son can eat after accidentally placing a topping that contained gluten on his pizza they called to ask me if that was what I really wanted to order and we fixed it over the phone was going to leave them a 5 Star review for that! However when the pizzas arrived and I opened the boxes 2 pizzas that where suppose to be dairy free had cheese on them!!!! The driver looked at as saying I can t do anything about it call the store. Called the store they said send pizza back we will give you new pizzas. Driver arrives back with new pizzas saying that we get 10$ off. Guess what this is what the Greco website says : If the guaranteed Greco order is delivered on-time but is incorrect, a new pizza is to be delivered to the home. If there is 75% of the incorrect pizza returned to the Greco restaurant then the incorrect pizza and the correct pizza are both free. 10$ does not even cover 1/2 of the gluten free pizza!!!!!!!!! FYI when I called to ask about the free pizza they had no clue what I was talking about!

I like Greco Pizza but that day I was interested in trying their awesome packed with Donair meat Sub and it was beyond delicious. Will definitely be having another in the near future.

Fast and delicious. That free flavored crust is the best! Their AC is lacking so it is pretty warm in there. 32 degrees outside and it was cooler outside than in. The nature of running ovens I guess.

I love Greco and grew up with this as the pizza I'd like to eat time after time.. But when in the world has Greco closed at 2am (killiam main spot) on FRIDAY AND SATURDAY! It's a joke! Whoever made that call should be fired cause that leaves Domino's Pizza as the only choice after the clubs get out or people who get off work late.. But ok, what do I know I just spend loads of money on take out food lol.

I haven't been to Greco in years. I received absolutely top-notch service. The pizza and garlic fingers were incredible in the staff for extremely friendly. I'm definitely going back.

I had wings They weren't bad. But one of my sause was bad and smelled like an old bathroom. I had tasted it on my wing. But it was to late and ate it. Went home and got ill and spent the night in the wash room. I did see one of the employees taking out garage and went right back to cooking food and not even washing his hands. The place could use a good cleaning. If you don't believe me go and touch the men's bathroom door. Your hand will stick to it. Mine almost did.
