This company is like no other of which I have been employed. The positive culture here has been tested greatly going from a staff of 30 to employing over 200 people and still growing. We have our problems like all companies, but we have a perseverance like I have not seen in a factory.

Calm atmosphere. They regularly stress the importance of safety and efficiency. They make sure you are comfortable too.
