The Eagle One Logistics team are just the most pleasurable company to use and absolutely saved the day for us when transporting our dog from Norfolk to Belize! If you're transporting an animal I couldn't recommend enough!
We needed to get our dog from Norfolk to Heathrow vets for 2pm and then on to the airport at 3am. We booked our dog with another transport company who sadly didn't show up and failed to rectify the situation at all so we called Eagle One and they immediately could see we were distressed and jumped into action. They were able to get a driver (the nicest guy in the world) to get to a remote address in Norfolk within 2 hours and onto the appointment. He was only an hour or so late! They then managed to pick him up very early morning and drop him to a family member at the airport and helped her check the dog in on the flight which was above and beyond really!
They also have staff based in Latin America (our time zone) so we always had someone to contact who would respond immediately.
They constantly send updates and photos and even provided the appropriate bowls and funnels needed for the crate last minute.
