They actually have a 3rd shift that takes overnight deliveries. Staff is really cool and attentive

This company is by far the best company that i have ever had the pleasure to work for.
Like anywhere there are ups and downs, but GNS has been there to lend many helping hands in time of need, great or small.
GNS is very culturally diverse, and welcomes anyone with open arms regaurdless of race,sex, religion or beliefs.
As a Black man, i have been given no less respect than any other person of any color.
I have actually been given several different opportunities to advance, and a voice to bring my own ideas to the table that have actually been utilized.
GNS has helped me through some pretty tough situations, whether it be money, personal problems, mental health, you name it, they have always had my back.

This company is like no other of which I have been employed. The positive culture here has been tested greatly going from a staff of 30 to employing over 200 people and still growing. We have our problems like all companies, but we have a perseverance like I have not seen in a factory.

Calm atmosphere. They regularly stress the importance of safety and efficiency. They make sure you are comfortable too. You're always being told to take it easy and to avoid overexertion, now that is the type of company that earns loyalty and garnishes 101% effort from people like me that just can't say no!
