I have had a mixed experience with Givenchy. The customer service was exceptional, but the quality of their products left a lot to be desired. The clothing was poorly stitched and started to fall apart after just a few wears. However, their perfumes are amazing and definitely worth trying!

The maneger....my things couldn't be accepted for repair service at Givenchy, it's ok I understand. The maneger checked my things and once he realised they couldn't keep it for repair, he give me back my things without papers for protecte. I reput the papers myself.. then when I left the boutique, he said to me " Bon courage ".
He said to me he cannot do anything, it's ok I understand. I don't know why but he repeated me that 100 times.
He was so emotional guy? I don't know, but it wasn't a good experience.

I like nowadays Givenchy and I bought some products from another department store. At there, every one was so nice.
Even another lady at this boutique was nice and she listened well others.
