Difficult to talk to someone on the phone. They always put you on hold. I've been trying to talk to "anyone" all morning. The phone system keeps reverting back to the main menu. Either they need more people or a better phone system....or both. Once you get in staff is OK.
Some of the staff are very nice but this place overall does not have it together. It is extremely difficult to get a call back from anyone, which was really frustrating when my prescription got messed up and I was experiencing problems. My husband called for me at some point and had to be very pushy...
Absolutely the worst for communication! My Dr is awesome, but the Billing department and staff are completely worthless and rude!
Unfortunately, I will be taking my business elsewhere and I reccomend you do the same until they can figure out how to communicate with their clients!

This is where my doctor works! I think everyone here is really nice and polite and respectful of all of the people who need to visit! I really like going here! This is the best place to go! I would give them a hundred stars if I could!
I have been a patient here for a while and see Nathan the PA. I have bee very pleased with the availability of appointments, timely visits, thorough evaluations and treatment, as well as kindness and respect from the staff and Nathan himself. I would recommend this practice!
It takes about 7-10 days to get prescriptions, or even to have a call returned!

Extremely poorly run office. My doctor left over a month ago and they have not notified patients. Her medical assistant left a week ago but yet their automated service still says the dr. is still there and you can leave voice messages for her medical assistant. No one is monitoring the messages...
Can't get through to make an appointment. Can only imagine how bad health care would be, if you could get in.
Today was my first appointment at GPC, and it was excellent! The staff was professional, warm and happy to help. The doctors were happy, professional, knowledgeable and very caring. I will definitely return in the future!
Dr. Pimentel, her medical staff are truely patient centered. They are engaged and listen to the patient. They are available for the periodic urgent need. The admin staff follow up with you and are courteous. Top shelf

I have been going to this office for over 20 years. The Dr. is good but the office is terrible. Waits over an hour are not acceptable. Call backs from the office never happen. The office needs new people with new procedures.
