Some of the staff are very nice but this place overall does not have it together. It is extremely difficult to get a call back from anyone, which was really frustrating when my prescription got messed up and I was experiencing problems. My husband called for me at some point and had to be very pushy to get someone on the phone and the nurse/ma was rude to him. I still haven't gotten a call back from the very last time I called and I have since switched to a different doctors office.
