I contact Gilbert Primary Care (which is my doctors office) for covid Testing. I called the office and I was told the nurse practitioner I could come down for testing at anytime. Well, that as not true when I arrived for testing I was told I had to make an appointment for testing. I had the leave and come back an hour later for testing.
I was informed my results would be back in 3 to 4 days. I called the office everyday inquiring about my results, because I was not allowed to go back to work until my results came in. I received a call 13 days after I was tested to be informed I was negative and I asked why it took so long and it was unacceptable. I asked to speak with the office manager and was told "he might call be back". I never received a call back from the office all I wanted to know is why the results took almost two weeks. I received a bill for $2591.00 for Covid testing from a lab in Atlanta, Georgia for my Covid test. They NEVER informed me my results were being to an OUT OF NETWORK lab in another state. The customer services is horrible.
