Extremely poorly run office. My doctor left over a month ago and they have not notified patients. Her medical assistant left a week ago but yet their automated service still says the dr. is still there and you can leave voice messages for her medical assistant. No one is monitoring the messages that are being left. Took over a week to get my medical records faxed and I was told that if I requested that they be faxed, they would charge me. Very difficult to get anyone on the phone, even to make an appointment. When the office isn t run professionally, it reflects very poorly on the entire practice. I can understand why my doctor left.
