I'd leave 0 of I could the lady's at the front are extremely rude... And the fact that I'm denied a physical exam by it has not been 3 years is ridiculous a women should have an exam every year my insurance pays for it so do it

Great service. The staff was friendly and very informative. I felt very taken care of and comfortable.

The nurse, Samantha, was kind and hilarious. The doctor was also very kind. Going to any type of dr appointment is no fun but planned parenthood always does a good job. I wish the wait time wasn t so long though!

If I make an appointment, why was I sitting outside, ahour, while others walking in. Not to mention, where the hell is the confidentiality???? That's dead. Your asked quite often personal questions on the phone, more often then you should. This place does not respect privacy. If I could have gave zero stars I would.

First, the front desk staff is so shockingly unprofessional. The younger african american woman was so rude and quick to cut me off before I even had a chance to finish my question, it was unbelievable. My message to the front desk staff is to remember you're talking to human beings; women who may be in emotional turmoil with what they're going through. You're not making it any better by being disrespectful and treating them like they're dirt below your feet. When I was called back, everyone there was amazing. I would recommend for anyone else to just go to another clinic. They'll make you feel horrible here.

I've been coming here for almost a year for my HRT appointments. The staff has been incredible. I always feel welcome and they go out of their way to make me comfortable. They've been polite, professional and friendly. This is coming from someone with an intense phobia of anything medical.

This team has been more supportive and kind to me than any other team of doctors I ve ever experienced. While other doctors attempted to force their recommendations on me in the past, PP provides options and accepts your judgement without question. They are patient, knowledgable, great with scheduling and genuinely compassionate.

Don't understand what the point of making an appointment is. They have you in the waiting room for two hours before you even get called back

Doctors are great. Manager and front desk staff are so unprofessional. They sit there and talk about other staff members instead of doing there jobs. Some of the staff are poorly groomed.
