Personally, it's been 3 years that I order on their site and I receive my kibble within 2 to 3 days. I have already called several times and sent emails and I have always had people listening with good follow-up. I'm on my 3rd dog and I have never found better kibble yet I have tried the biggest quality brands. I find that they are good because with them my dogs no longer have a body odor (beautiful hair, more flatulence or diarrhea), my oldest had no more gastritis, fatty cysts or irritations of skin and joint pain has eased. Knowing that my last has very fragile intestines, they tolerate those with buffalo / mackerel and that with ducks very well. There will always be unhappy people who criticize have but for my part I thank Atavik for everything.

good products no worries above, however delivery level is absolutely catstrophic, ups, gls .... help we pay for fast deliveries, it never happens on time! no follow-up, never the fault of people ... parcel delivered at the goodwill of the deliverers, for this rasion I will end up no longer ordering your products, customer for 4 years and more than 2000 euros of order from you, too bad you did not take this problem into account, obviously it is frequent and many of us complain
