The guy who helped me out because security told me to the wrong factory first couldn't be more helpful he watched my back reversing directed me into the proper factory and warned me about Steel objects in the ground warning they could shred my tyres it looks like this place has outgrown itself
For being HQ, Bicester is the worst run place regarding delivery. You can wait outside on double yellow lines for up to 8 hours. Once inside and on a bay, story doesn't change. Lag of space and warehouse staff mean tipping time up to 3 hours.

This company has decided to insist that drivers must stay in the drivers room whilst tipping, ignoring the recent rise in infection especially in colder areas. In my opinion this puts drivers at increased risk of contracting the disease. They threatened to reject the delivery if I didn't comply.
