Absolutely awful! I registered online last month and called today to chase. The girl on the phone that has absolutely no knowledge of the company and sounds completely unsure about everything tells me she has no way to check if my application has been accepted. I asked to register by phone and they said there is no way. I asked to speak to someone senior because I didn't feel confident that there was nothing she could do... Guess what? She said the accounts team don't take calls. Well I'm glad they didn't register me, imagine if I actually ordered from you. Disgusted with your service. Train your staff better if you want more customers, never mind your colourful trucks.
