Awful. booked in for 4 hours ago and still waiting illegaly on double yellows on the road outside the factory to gain access to unload. Finally got allocated a bay by the security man. Only to be shouted at by one of the extremely rude and unhelpful yard men and told to join yet another queue of 6 trucks !!! Totally diabolical organisation, a clear lack of communication, staff stressed to the limit and running around like headless chickens. I hope I never have to come near this God forsaken hell hole again.

Illegal parking, neither a restroom nor a waiting room for drivers, more than 4 hours on average to unload, pathetic organization, if they could I would give them 0 rating

They sell extremely cheap food and pretend it's good quality. The customer service is shocking, when I was complaining about the food quality they told me to take it or leave it and then hung up on me. I won't be ordering again thanks to extremely rude service and below par food quality. Other reviews tell the same story. Disgraceful Fresh Direct.

The worst company I have ever dealt with, no bathroom or waiting room for kirowce, you have to wait outside on the double yellow line, I stand here with two pallets to pass and I wait for 2 hours and I still don't know what time I will go ... Waiting area I giving 0 stars bihaind mi waiting another 4 lorries annd I gues they be waiting longer

Not the best, and dont agree with shared waiting room under the present virus situation. So be warned delivery drivers

The guy who helped me out because security told me to the wrong factory first couldn't be more helpful he watched my back reversing directed me into the proper factory and warned me about Steel objects in the ground warning they could shred my tyres it looks like this place has outgrown itself

Incredibly poor customer services, very unhelpful in fact the person whom i spoke to had the intelligence of a can of baked beans.

For being HQ, Bicester is the worst run place regarding delivery. You can wait outside on double yellow lines for up to 8 hours. Once inside and on a bay, story doesn't change. Lag of space and warehouse staff mean tipping time up to 3 hours.

Fresh direct recently came to my village to hand out boxes of fruit and veg for FREE. At a time like this to see companies behave in this way gives me some hope for the future. Well done you guys, and thank you very much!

6hr 30 minutes and still not tipped at innovation This place treats drivers like crap . Place is a joke.

This company has decided to insist that drivers must stay in the drivers room whilst tipping, ignoring the recent rise in infection especially in colder areas. In my opinion this puts drivers at increased risk of contracting the disease. They threatened to reject the delivery if I didn't comply.

Not a single car park that bad company does not look at the chofers I had to look for my life to park i bad day

Poor customer services and unhelpful. The management has split personality. They've just lost a half Mil contract with us, but I don't think anyone there cares anymore.

No wc for drivers, too much time wait for unloading....so sad...this is UK...

From a delivery point of view. Firstly the only waiting area is the double yellow lines outside the main entrance this is were you have to park before walking down the middle of the road to book in, there is no signed path or walkway. The staff are pretty rude and antagonistic. The bays at the inspiration building are dangerously lacking any space to manouver safely. This place from a delivery drivers point of view is an health and safety nightmare. I have been coming here for the last 15 years and nothing has improved I am genuinely amazed that this place is still in business. But if you can avoid at all cost.

Absolutely awful! I registered online last month and called today to chase. The girl on the phone that has absolutely no knowledge of the company and sounds completely unsure about everything tells me she has no way to check if my application has been accepted. I asked to register by phone and they said there is no way. I asked to speak to someone senior because I didn't feel confident that there was nothing she could do... Guess what? She said the accounts team don't take calls. Well I'm glad they didn't register me, imagine if I actually ordered from you. Disgusted with your service. Train your staff better if you want more customers, never mind your colourful trucks.

Far too small a site for the traffic it gets (specifically lorries) with queues parked illegally outside the entrance a frequent occurrence - a pain for those who need to get to other places on the industrial estate and probably not very nice for the lorry drivers who have to sit there doing nothing. From what I ve been told by others in the local community they re also not a great company to work for, with below average wages across the board. Apparently they re a big player in their industry, but you wouldn t know it from the way they re being managed.
