We booked a load with FAK, ended up going 300+ extra miles. Broker promised to fix this on the rate confirmation. He has now disappeared and we are unable to reach him. It has been three weeks and we can't send out an invoice. I contacted HQ and they haven't done anything for two weeks now. I would be careful doing business with these guys. They don't get back to you. I have to keep calling - different people too, because they will not return my calls or some won't pick up, maybe just busy...
Just did a few loads for FAK and Robert Rodriguez this week for the first time and the process was very smooth, rates were more than fair SPECIALLY the way the market is at the moment. Robert was very helpful, he communicated with our dispatch Jaime at all times. I would recommend this broker for their excellent customer service and great rates!
They are unresponsive and unprofessional. They took over 3 months to pay for our completed load. They have an unscrupulous reputation throughout the trucking industry. Report them to the DOT and CO attorney general if they fail to pay on time.

Don't waste your time with these guys. I've had the most unfortunate experience working with these guys. I got delayed and not paid properly for detention and lumper. Guy gave me $25 for 5 hours of detention.
I m not a fan of brokers. But I really like to work with Roberto Rodriguez, he was nice and we have a really good communication. The load we got was smooth and they were sending tracking information by email so for me was perfect, because I don t like to be call every 5 mints. I hope I can work with them soon.

Robert and FAK team were great to work with. I would have put 5 stars, but with anything there's always room for improvement! lol. They were very good in rate negotiations, fair and reasonable. We contracted a 1pick/3drop, we were loaded quickly as Robert with FAK stated we would, and unloaded with the same convenience. There was even an issue along the way with the drop facilities and FAK Team After hrs dept actually answered after hrs, and always touching basis thru email which resulted in a prompt resolution, with fast pay! FAK Team was pleasant and helpful creating an unusually great experience for us because we only have a hand full of great brokers and FAK is one of them! We definitely recommend FAK!!!!

We had a great experience working with Robert Rodriguez from FAK Inc. I asked him for the revised rate confirmation including the gate fee the driver paid, and he sent it in less than 2 minutes. We kept in touch during the load.
We did a load in March, they only pay $150 detention when my driver check in at 1300 and check out at 2300 at the shipper and nothing at the receiver where he wait 4 more hours, BUT THAT IS NOT ALL!! after 8 moth they deduct $454.00 for this load, supposedly a late fee, after sending sign BOL with in and out and clean bills, THEY STILL REFUSE TO PAY ME!!! I won't haul for this people anymore! and they treat you like trash, leaving you in hold forever!
shipper failed to load melons properly. They put one box on another without any solid base. Some boxes were bent. The broker Jay Ratclif made the carrier to supply shipment with false BOLS and insisted carrier to submit false bills. Then mr Ratcliff refused to admit that he is a broker although his cell was on the BOL. Both dispatcher of TQ_LOGISTICS and all account specialists of factoring company tried to verify the load within 2 weeks. Debi forwarded all letters to Pam who " had a vacation " even though Debi is account payable specialist according to FAK website. That is how they do their business. It is hard to understand where Sam (the owner) look at. They provide false information, false bills, they talk about short pay for bent boxes. Very poor job!
Great Company To work with, they have great loads almost on any state with good rates, i work a few times with the broker Robert he was an excellent person, very good communications at all time, the rates are good even that the market is struggling at the moment , excellent people to work with, one of the best so far.

Disreputable brokerage. Unorganized, unresponsive and did not pay for a load we completed 3 months ago. When we contacted them for help, they were condescending and never sent payment. We have been in business over a year and this is the first brokerage that has not paid.
