We contracted a 1pick/3drop, we were loaded quickly as Robert with FAK stated we would, and unloaded with the same convenience. There was even an issue along the way with the drop facilities and FAK Team After hrs dept actually answered after hrs, and always touching basis thru email which resulted in a prompt resolution, with fast pay! FAK Team was pleasant and helpful creating an unusually great experience for us because we only have a hand full of great brokers and FAK is one of them! We definitely recommend FAK!!!!
