The worst broker I ever had. Carriers be aware.

shipper failed to load melons properly. They put one box on another without any solid base. Some boxes were bent. The broker Jay Ratclif made the carrier to supply shipment with false BOLS and insisted carrier to submit false bills. Then mr Ratcliff refused to admit that he is a broker although his cell was on the BOL.
Both dispatcher of TQ_LOGISTICS and all account specialists of factoring company tried to verify the load within 2 weeks. Debi forwarded all letters to Pam who " had a vacation " even though Debi is account payable specialist according to FAK website.
That is how they do their business. It is hard to understand where Sam (the owner) look at. They provide false information, false bills, they talk about short pay for bent boxes.
Very poor job!
