Fort Fun is definitely a little run down. It's no Boondocks, but they have a lot of fun stuff to do and it's an easy way to spend day with or without kids! My husband and I often go there just to putt putt and be outside. They also have go karts, bumper boats, a small amount of arcade games and batting cages too.

We snuck away yesterday from Cheyenne and enjoyed a day here. We purchased the deluxe package. The weather was up and down so we did not get to be outside as much as we'd like. The go carts were a blast. The swan paddle boats were cute and worked good. Laser tag was. We really enjoyed the water boats and even enjoyed them in the rain. The little cafe inside was good and decent priced. The staff was nice and the establishment was clean.

Great place to take the family. My wife, son, and i went today and played 18 holes of mini golf, and then went for a paddle boat ride on fort funs personal pond. We saw a crane eating from one of the island banks. We've gone there multiple times to just have fun and let loose. I recommend fort fun for a very fun family time.

Our grandson turned 7 and we had his party here. It was a blast! The kids are still talking about it and the birthday boy is ecstatic! The staff is wonderful (Hillary was our personal party hostess) and they include so much with the party package, we literally just had to show up with our gifts. They had a locker for our belongings, 2 hrs of fun filled self directed play and finished off with pizza, soda and an ice cream sandwich tower! We will be back for another birthday!

Disappointing. I wish things were kept up better there. The few times I have been there many of their games are broken, lazertag is run down, and the staff just stands around and talks, not the most personal with customers. I'm only writing a bad review because these are things that are continuous every time I go there, Do they even try to keep things kept up. Mini-golf and go-karts are AWESOME! Kitchen food was decent for venue.

It doesn't matter if you are 9 or 90 this place has something for everyone!! Put-Put, bumper boats, batting cages, laser tag, go-carts, arcade, food and paddle boats.
Great place for date night or to take the entire family!! Staff is super friendly and the facility is very clean and well kept.

Fort Not Fun on our recent trip. $55= $20 Arcade Card, 2 hour slide pass for 1 kid, and 1 Go-Cart ride for 3 people. Nbd, that s expected.
We went outside we found the slide unattended. We waited around for an employee for 15 min, a group of 5-6 more kids line up @the gate: no one comes. So we decide to go to the Go-Carts instead, but a light spring drizzle starts, so they shut them down.. ok, now to the bumper boats. Our group of 3 is at the gate, waiting our turn for 5 min (we are the only people in line). When it is our turn, the attendant measures my son, and says he s too short- although he is exactly 40 and would be a passenger- yet they refuse to let him on?? Why could they not have measured him in the 5 min we were waiting? Why would they refuse a child who is the correct height? At this point (while again having to explain to a 3yo why he can t do or play ANY of the things we ve paid to do) we go inside and try to have pictures taken in the photo booth. We try 4 different bills, but the machine rejects them. We try our credit Card, machine can t read it. 4 attempts to utilize the activities we paid for, 4 strike outs, so we go to get a refund. When explaining the slide situation, the employee says well, somebody just pops over there when we see kids wanting to ride uhhh my 3yo and his dad managed to walk to the top of the slide, hang out and wait for a couple min, and walk down, all while another line formed, and no employee popped over . Furthermore, the staff refused to refund the *unused* arcade card. Why would I want to come back to use an arcade at a place that.... isn t fun? Staff needs better training, rides need more staffing, size standards should be noted and adhered to (as opposed to staff staring blankly or shrugging at each other), and equipment /games should be more properly maintained. It s just unfortunate when (what is supposed to be) a special day for your child, is ruined. I shouldn t have to explain unprofessional inadequacies to a 3 year old.

There is two mini putt putts courses. Both are kid friendly! Their bumper carts are extremely fun and indoor but are super loud. Laser tag is extremely dark and fun but they dont choose teams for the groups so make sure 8 years and younger stay next to you at all times or they might get hurt or lost. The arcade down stairs is pretty fun but VERY crowded. The arcade upstairs next to the laser tag is more active like air hocky, dance dance revolution. There bathrooms are clean and never have any lines. The outdoor giant slide is super fun but extremely high with steep stairs. The go karts are gas running and give off alot of noise and odar and get pretty fast. The water boats are fun as well but are hardly ever open. The staff is super friendly and helpful.

HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT! Took 1 of my 3 kids here for party. Stayed and paid $35 for my other 2 under 10...they got $5 for the arcade, (used to be unlimited) games are around $1.50 each, and unlimited outdoor activities. Both needed an adult to ride almost everything outside! Bummer that somewhere we love to go wants to rip off its patrons. We will no longer be supporting FORT FUN in anyway. Not as a paying customer and not as an invited guest. Don't make the same mistake!

Half of the activities such as bumper cars and laser tag were closed. There were also teenagers purposefully hitting golf balls over a fence into the parking lot, then climbing over a pointed fence (a dangerous liability). The employees didn't seem to care at all. Also a day pass/season pass is more expensive than going to elich gardens...

Passing through and had a full day to spare. Fort fun was great!!! The staff was great, everyone was patient and took the time to make sure that our experience was memorable. My son and I spent the entire day here and had more than enough activities to keep us busy. Now, I am exhausted!!! Thank you fort fun for an amazing time. Also, the food was great and prices were comparable to any fast food restaurant.

We paid $90 for three unlimited passes. Only one bumper boat was working so they closed the attraction. It has rained at one point during the day and they didn't bother to wipe the bottom of the slide so they closed the attraction. No one was manning the paddle boats or the balloon toss even after we asked them. The first three arcade games we tried just took our tokens and didn't work. The batting cages took our tokens (you have to get special batting cage tokens) so that didn't work. We talk to the front desk and they were so rude like we were being unreasonable for complaining. It was a complete waste of $90. We will never go here again. Do yourself a favor and don't waste your time or money.

Over priced Fun. Had a great time with the family and left with a lighter wallet. They should offer better packages in my opinion. 98% of the staff was excellent, helpful and friendly. Lazer Tag was my favorite. Mini golf needs redesigned to help the congestion of players.

I was amazed at how friendly and professional the staff was! They all seemed to be high school or college aged, but they acted much older. Every single staff we had contact with was cheerful, courteous, and well mannered. They seem to really enjoy their job, making sure customers have a great time, and were so patient with all the kids taking forever to pick out their prizes. Well done, Fort Fun staff!

The mini golf was great, the par score was very challenging, both 18 hole courses were in great condition overall with the only nitpick being empty water traps.

Arcade was a mixed bag. Start off we did non-ticket dispensing items only, but of those there were about half that we're good. Most all the non-functional ones were upstairs I and in a variety from just off and no explanation, signage stating out of order, or on and just not operating properly (unresponsive control imputs). There were also a number of very dated machines, which might be a plus for a few people for nostalgia but could be boreing for most others.

Lazer tag was the big letdown for us. The equipment was very old, which caused some to miss entire games unsuccessfully trying to resolve it. Employee's where genuine and nice, but not very helpful and the poor state of equipment and miss management of both our game rounds settings points to more serious management issues.

Go-karts were fine for the expected level of karting. Only negative notes are that the exhaust ports shoot straight back, so if you are following right behind another kart you will end up with soot all over your face. And for any truely competitive people out there some karts will be obviously faster then others, however as I said that is par for the level of karting you can expect at this kind of facility.

They have other attractions, but we did not really spend time on those so I'm letting them stand for one star. Mini golf is one more. Go-karts were not great but not bad so half a star. Arcade lost a star mostly because of the non-functional ones. But Lazer tag lost more then a star in our experience. So I've rounded the total to two.

Super fun place but you couldn't go past a certain point in mini golf which would cut your time short there is escape rooms and go karts that are around 6 to 7 dollars escape rooms were 25 dollars but if you have the Colorado get out pass you can do one free activity per month this is what i used it got me a really good deal on the experience I do wish the food service was quicker and more responsible I found a hair in my food the second u got it but it was still a great place to bring families and birthdays

We utilized Fort Fun as one of our challenges in our Community Connections Challenge 2015. This event had groups of 2-3 individuals with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities engaged in challenges throughout all of Northern Colorado. I worked with Doreen and Allene to set up and pick activities at Fort Fun that each of the individuals could both participate in and complete (considering their disability). They were both accommodating and great fun to work with. On the day of our big event, we were unable to access the paddle boat activity. They notified us immediately and made other recommendations and our event went off without a glitch. Many of the folks who participated make a point to mention the challenge at Fort Fun was one of their favorites. Everything from the initial event planning to the great response from all of the staff. We would defintely partner with Fort Fun for any future events we plan. Our organization provides services and supports to people with intellectual/developmental disabilities. One of our primary goals is to have these folks make community connections withing their home communities. Doreen, Allene, and all of the Fort Fun staff made this not only possible, but extremely enjoyable for all of our folks.

It is a great experience at first but it gets really repetitive after about 30 minutes to an hour. Also you cannot bring in outside food and their food is way too pricey we got 10 fries for around $5. Ripoff, don't waste your money. Please, save it for somewhere better.
