I have an elliptical that needed to be serviced and was referred to Fitness Express by Precor. I cannot say enough good things about Aaron, the technician that was sent. He was so kind and courteous and took the time to explain the problem with the machine. In this day and age I am kind of used to encountering people who just don't care or have no customer service skills...but this company and its technician have shown me there is hope out there :) I highly recommend this company and will not hesitate to use them in the future.

I have a 12-year old Life Fitness Elliptical and Hoist gym set. I had never had it serviced since I bought it. I was referred to Fitness Express by a company that sells Hoist systems. The technician, Aaron, showed up on time at my house wearing a mask (it's COVID time). He was outstanding--explaining to me all about the equipment, what can go wrong, what might need to be replaced, etc. He performed maintenance on my equipment, including cleaning, lubrication, and tightening a lot of the bolts. It all is as good as new now. The price was fair and he even wiped down all the equipment when he was done. Turns out they do a lot of work with fitness centers and universities. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND them for exercise equipment maintenance and repair.
Fitness express was fantastic. We called with the problem on Saturday, and it was fixed by Monday afternoon. The technician was very knowledgeable and prepared anticipating what the issue was and having the equipment with him to fix the problem. Thanks!!
Just really pleased with the service and my experience with Fitness Express. Professional from call to service. My technician, Gene, was on time, personable and diligent. My treadmill, which was making all kinds of awful squeaking noises and generally just overdue (by some years) for maintenance, is now purring. Happy customer, would DEFINITELY use them again and highly recommend.

What a godsend this place was!! I have a waterrower in my home and have searched high and low for someone qualified to repair it. There are lots of places around but they only seem to be qualified to work on the common fitness machines -- elliptical's, bikes, treadmills, etc. I was able to schedule an appt within a few days. The repairman Aaron was friendly, expedient, and knowledgeable. At first, he identified the new tank I installed was faulty and thought I might have to deal with the manufacturer to replace it. But then he decided to try to make the necessary repair himself. He worked his magic and instead of waiting weeks for a new tank, I was able to work out on my machine within an hour. I am definitely going to keep Fitness Express' phone number handy. They saved me from having my waterrower become another piece of equipment that serves as a coat rack in my bedroom. We moved from Colorado to Illinois. The movers lost a piece of both our Precor Elliptical and Pacemaster Treadmill. Fitness Express was a pleasure to work with and was able to order the necessary replacement parts (even thought the treadmill is twenty years old and the company is out of business) as well as reassemble them both. They work perfectly now. Highly recommend this company!

I have a very old but fantastic treadmill that needed service. Upon doing a Google search, I found Fitness Express. Saw all the wonderful reviews and gave them a call. They were kind and helpful from the very first call. They were able to squeeze me in the very next day. Lou was courteous and very skilled. He was respectful, wore a mask, took off his shoes and cleaned everything up. He was able to service my treadmill at a reasonable price. I will definitely use them again and would highly recommend them. So glad I found them and there was nothing seriously wrong with my treadmill.
The response was very prompt and the technician was very knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. The console on my treadmill stopped working and he explained to me why it was and provided advice on how to prevent the issue going forward. He ordered the part for me and was delivered to my house within 2 days and he came back the next day was in and out. That's what I call excellent customer service.
Absolutely the best. Service tech Aaron was extremely knowledgeable and professional. Went over and above the call for the repairs to my elliptical. Previously, I had another service company attempt the repairs. Three times they failed. Aaron came out and did it all right then. Great service from all of the people I spoke with at Fitness Express.
Wow, we were extremely happy with our service repair man, Gene. We had a what we thought was a problem with our elliptical that was unrepairable but Gene had all the proper tools and even the part to fix our elliptical on the spot. He was very curtious and knowledgeable. Our elliptical was fixed and ready to go when he was done. He left the area spotless and clean as well. We couldn't be happier. I hope that we don't need anymore repairs to our machine but if we do, we will request Gene again.
Lou did a great job quickly fixing the problem with my treadmill. He made some adjustments to make sure it was performing properly and even talked me through how to make periodic adjustments as well. Excellent knowledgeable service.
I had an excellent experience with this entire company, from the scheduler Ausra to the technician Gene, to the manager Sig. My 12 year old treadmill needed significant repairs to get a new lease on life, and this company not only did a great install of the required parts, but made return visits to fix a related but different problem. This company does it right. Aaron did a repair on our treadmill and he was meticulous when doing the repair. He was courteous, respectful, and made sure he didn't bring any snow or salt into our home because of the snow storm. I've arranged to have them check my equipment once a year for a tune up. I highly recommend these folks

We called Fitness Express to take a look at our PreCor Elliptical machine. We had it since 2008 and had never had it serviced. It was making a clicking sound when in use for the last months to a year. I put a request for service in through the company's website. The next morning, I had an email response and we had a phone call from a representative named Sig. We agreed to have them come to our house on Monday. They gave us a timeframe of between noon and 4:00pm. At 12:02, Lou (or Luke?) arrived. Took his shoes off and went upstairs to begin working on the elliptical. Lou did a great job and the elliptical needed no new parts. He described what the problem was and resolved it. Lou was very knowledgable about the elliptical and also provided us with some guidance about a treadmill we have that does not work. Overall, we were very pleased with his company and the people that work for it. We will definitely reach out to them again when the elliptical needs servicing again. Thanks Fitness Express!!!
