We called Fitness Express to take a look at our PreCor Elliptical machine. We had it since 2008 and had never had it serviced. It was making a clicking sound when in use for the last months to a year. I put a request for service in through the company's website. The next morning, I had an email response and we had a phone call from a representative named Sig. We agreed to have them come to our house on Monday. They gave us a timeframe of between noon and 4:00pm. At 12:02, Lou (or Luke?) arrived. Took his shoes off and went upstairs to begin working on the elliptical. Lou did a great job and the elliptical needed no new parts. He described what the problem was and resolved it. Lou was very knowledgable about the elliptical and also provided us with some guidance about a treadmill we have that does not work. Overall, we were very pleased with his company and the people that work for it. We will definitely reach out to them again when the elliptical needs servicing again. Thanks Fitness Express!!!
