The response was very prompt and the technician was very knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. The console on my treadmill stopped working and he explained to me why it was and provided advice on how to prevent the issue going forward. He ordered the part for me and was delivered to my house within 2 days and he came back the next day was in and out. That's what I call excellent customer service.
