I have a 12-year old Life Fitness Elliptical and Hoist gym set. I had never had it serviced since I bought it. I was referred to Fitness Express by a company that sells Hoist systems. The technician, Aaron, showed up on time at my house wearing a mask (it's COVID time). He was outstanding--explaining to me all about the equipment, what can go wrong, what might need to be replaced, etc. He performed maintenance on my equipment, including cleaning, lubrication, and tightening a lot of the bolts. It all is as good as new now. The price was fair and he even wiped down all the equipment when he was done. Turns out they do a lot of work with fitness centers and universities. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND them for exercise equipment maintenance and repair.
