Paid $1700 for a transmission that dont even work, called and they treat you like ur stupid. The transmission has the wrong parts in it even tho i gave them the vin and they screwed it up, so now i am fighting on getting it fixed and customer service sucks. Avoid. They cheated my mechanic on warranty labor!...

Avoid. They cheated my mechanic on warranty labor! So I've paid for the same job twice. Now I have to take to a transmission shop to fix the seals, fix the sloppy shifting and put in the correct torque converter for this engine.

We installed an ETE unit in a Jeep for one of our best customers. The unit had a leak from what appeared to be the front pump and ETE was great about shipping out a new unit to replace it with. Customer service was fantastic. Both Jake in sales and Jen in customer service did a fantastic job.
