The best title company, they take their work very seriously. They also very investor friendly, they know what needs to be done with creative real estate investment deals.
As a tittle company they should take responsibility when they make a mistake instead of saying oh I see now let s try and get the money back not my problem! You made the mistake now pay me my money and figure out how to get YOUR money back!
Quite possibly the most incompetent people doing this job. Their inability to perform a simple calculation has delayed my refinance and cost me money. They are rude on the phone and wholly unhelpful. I regret using them.
