If there is anything ever wrong they go out of their way to fix it as they have done for me even with the smallest issues. Well, I've read those few negative replies and since I've been dealing with this company for almost a decade, I feel compelled to say a few words. Never,e ever, ever I had any bad experiences with this guys. Was I lucky? Hell no! It is because they are all professional and consistent in their care for us artists. I used to call to order and it was always pleasant talk. Now I order on line and there was a few times when my order was messed up, but, it happens and that was not important. What important was the way they dealt with me and how they fixed the problem. One time, for example, they send my order to the United States and then I was so frustrated for I depended on it, and I needed it fast, clients were waiting. I called, they found the reason right fast, pack a new order and send me by express and took the lost paying for it themselves. How's that not carrying? Another example, I received the wrong configuration of the needles, complained and right away they set me the right ones and I kept those wrong ones too. It;s not like I couldn't used them. It just at that time I didn't need them. But the time came and I used them too. Free! Win, win. Now, that's about all example of mistakes on their part I have. How bad is it considering almost a decade dealing with them? Am I special? I don't think so. I believe they deal the same way with everyone. Therefore, I am highly suspicious of all this reviews who put them down. By the way, I checked Good Guys after reading one review and I tell you this. Good Guys have a long way to go to reach the standard of Eikon.
If you decided to shop with them, If you are professional and honest, straightforward person, you would have only the best experience the industry can offer.

I ordered the wrong printer and Stephanie really went out of their way to make sure the return went smoothly and that I got the right one in a timely manner despite all the challenges businesses are facing during covid. They really turned a frustrating mistake( on my part) into a positive experience and I m super grateful . All of my orders have been arriving quickly and accurately . Couldn t ask for better service . Stephanie for prez .

My go to supplier. I just wish they carried more cartridges than Cheyenne's brand...

I wish I could leave a big fat ZERO! I've been ordering from this company for over 10 years now and they are CONSTANTLY screwing up my order. I've had items missing, been overcharged and now this last time was the worst yet, I payed for my order online with my credit card, when UPS came to deliver they said I had to pay the amount of my order in cash, and then took my package ransom. When I called Eikon, Ben the so called "customer service" manager said sorry but theres nothing he can do. Im going to have to wait until next week to get my package now after they fix their end and UPS clears my package. He gave me an endless supply of "unfortunately" and "I can't". Not once was there an offer of compensation or what he CAN do. Just said too bad. I'll be using Good Guy from now on. Eikon has made their last dime from me.

Love the quality of the supplies and Ive been ordering from Eikon for years. The web sight is very easy to navigate and orders are always sent promptly and on time. Had some trouble with customer service at one point. I was later notified that the customer service rep was on vacation. the problem was rectified and my faith in this company was rekindled. I appreciate all the hard work their team dedicates to their clientele and in turn their business. I will continue to support this business because I believe in quality product.

Everytime I've had to call customer service they've been beyond fantastic at dealing with any small issue. In the 6 years I've been ordering from them they've been so on point. Their team is super easy to deal with.

After many many years of Dealing with this company its clear that the quality and service has come to an end, Perhaps Monica Lacayo needs to get more involved in her company as the customer service has degraded to the point that I will no longer recommend Eikon Device let alone deal with it. I am pulling all 3 of my shops from their business. At the time of ordering, It was made clear that the shipment would have thermal packs to ensure the quality of the product would be maintained. Eikon then sent the order without heat packs and having them received the order frozen. I will be no longer using any brands that Eikon deals with as these companies are standing by a company that has no core values for its customers. Ask yourself if you will be next for a bad experience before dealing with Eikon. There is no disclaimer in the warranty regarding Ink so I guess they make warranty information up as the go.

I buy most of my supplies from EIKON...i have to say that customer service and quality are excellent....would recommend EIKON to everyone!
