My sister applied to get a job at arc automotive in Morgantown KY. She didn't get the job because she didn't take the drug test the same day. I feel it is not right to inconvenient people to take a drug test off location. My sister doesn't have reliable source of transportation and find it difficult to get around. I believe just because the drug test wasn't the same day doesn't mean to deny employment. Also the human resources was very unprofessional when dealing with me when I addressed my concerns about my sister not receiving the job. I felt like I was ambushed because there was two people from the human resources out there making me feel like I'm doing something unethical. Making me feel like I'm a threat. I only professional express the behavior they showed my sister was rude, unprofessional and unjust. I wouldn't have showed up if it wasn't for the fact when my sister brought up my grand father dying it was addressed with, "it doesn't matter!" And , "it's company policy!" My grand father died last week also it does matter. My sister was crushed. She is on antidepressants. One human resource employee expressed remorse to my face, However I know fake remorse when I see it. It was fake no love. I'm sorry if it is company policy to not to care, but it does!
