dV Property Group have been an absolute pleasure to deal with. Jane and Samantha have been wonderful to deal with and I have felt well informed on all matters regarding my property management.

Absolutely the worst property group I have ever gone through.
- I went without essential working appliances inside of our property for months as the agents did nothing to replace them.
- We were locked out of our apartment and had to break in multiple times as the keys were promised to be left at the apartment for us and they weren't. When we called for help, we were told "not our problem" and they hung the phone up on us.
- They never call back when they have promised to do so, they do not respond to emails.
- They are dishonest. We were lied to multiple times regarding maintenance arrangements and other various issues.

Overall: One of the worst experiences I have ever had. There staff are rude, dishonest, unorganised and they choose to work with landlords who share the same attributes. Unless you have no other option, I recommend looking elsewhere. It genuinely negatively impacted my mental health having to deal with this business.

BY FAR the worst Real Estate I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Unprofessional, incompetent and dishonest.

I tried to contact Jane de Vuyst via email and had little response and no response when asked to arrange an inspection. I called her the day after and still yet to hear back. It has been nearly a week.

I feel communication will help sell the property and feel for the seller. I would not appoint them to sell my home when the time comes.

Jane and the team at dV Property Group are professional and helpful with great customer service. They managed our two rental properties while we were living overseas and we didn t have to worry about a thing. They were easy to work with, found quality tenants for both properties quickly, were fast to communicate any matters with the tenants and resolve them, and gave thorough updates on our properties. Being relatively new to property I also like that they will give great advice. We will continue to use dV Property group and recommend them thoroughly.

2020 Update: We are still as happy with DV Property Group as we have been from the start. They continue to be professional, communicative and easy to deal with and we look forward to continuing to work with them.

Great service...and a competitive price. Used them as their costs for leasing were lower than some of the bigger property names and feared my service might not be as great. Couldn't have been more wrong! Led by Jane I have been continually updated about the process by the team at dV Property Group with exceptional customer service. As someone new to leasing out a property they have answered all my questions and given clear, efficient advice. Looking forward to continuing to work with them.

What great service! Within a week of the house being completed, Jane had a lease signed and tenants moving in. She even offered to water the new turf until the tenants were in!

I've always found DV Property to work well between both myself (the tenant) and the owner. After 2 years, its time to move on however I hope my next agency continues the great service DV Property have provided. Jane acted for the seller and we were the buyers. It was not a straight forward transaction (due to issues outside Jane's control) but Jane facilitated it efficiently manner and we got there at the end. It's been a pleasure dealing with Jane.

We have recently leased our fairly unique property at Chermside through dv Property Group. Jane met us on site guided us through the process and provided advice on improvements to enhance our rental prospects. It was a seamless experience from Jane and her team and we were impressed with how quickly tennants were secured and at a rental higher than expected. Communication and reporting has continued to be very good also.

dV Property have managed our property for the last 6yrs. As managers they are fair to both landlord & tenant with good knowledge of tenancy legislation. In selling, Jane gave great advice re presentation resulting in a successful sale. I would not hesitate to use dVP again.

We FIRED DV Property Group

OUR TRUST ACCOUNT WAS THEN EMPTIED with fees for services not provided

I tried to contact the principal Jane de Vuyst, SHE DID NOT RESPOND

I REPORTED DV Property Group to the OFFICE OF FAIR TRADING

The Office of Fair Trading concluded, DV Property Group was in;

"..breach of section 90(3) of the Property Occupations Act 2014 and enforcement and action was taken against DV Property Group Pty Ltd in accordance with Office of Fair Trading compliance and enforcement policy.

DV Property Group arrogantly refused to refund the money they took, the OFT were powerless to make them

Jane de Vuyst had her lawyer (Daddy?) threaten me with legal action for posting a negative review

Really well run property group. If you are looking to sell or renovate these guys can tailor all your needs under the same roof. I would highly recommend that you give them a call or stop by today.

I have worked with DV property in purchasing a property and they also look after my rental property. All the staff are very helpful, friendly and very professional. Nothing is ever an issue with them and they are always happy to help or answer questions etc. They made sure our tenants were good people and managed to secure higher rent for our rental property than it was previously rented for. Highly recommend them !

Jane and her Team are great to work with , they have made the purchase of the property a very easy process.
