The staff at McAndrew Property Group are excellent. They are extremely friendly, honest and very efficient. The information they provided me with was very thorough, they explained everything clearly and were always available when I had questions. I couldn't recommend them enough

Terrible communication and terrible customer service .. Have been without a dishwasher for over a month in an executive home and have been told they still don't know Fisher Paykel are installing a new one.. Meanwhile the old dishwasher has been pulled out of the hole & left in my kitchen with the pipes exposed stinking of old dish water, not going to mention the drain flies living around it! Oven still not working properly since we moved in either Terrible communication and ZERO follow up.
McAndrew Property Group have been managing my property for years. I have been extremely happy. They found an excellent tenant and have been very pro active with any maintenance work that needs completion.
Pippa has been managing my rental townhouse. She does an amazing job, goes out of her way to help me & the tenants. I would definitely recommend her & McAndrew Property.
Worse agency I have come across. No communication, and don't follow up on requests. I asked for a garage remote when i moved into Evolve apartments and its been over a year and still nothing!

Nick has been very helpful and accommodating while leasing. Especially when we locked ourselves out at 7pm on a Sunday night. He came to our rescue with no questions asked. Would highly recommend to lease from Mc Andrews.

In the short amount of time we have had the pleasure of dealing with Pippa our perception of the business has dramatically changed. Pippa has been extremely responsive and professional in all our interactions and delivers what she promises without needing to be followed up. These guys are the most ordinary real estate agents I have come across. No communication, no customer service, never following up any requests. Any maintenance work took forever and I was never updated. Required a new lease, probably the simplest thing they could do and something an owner would obviously want. After an email and three phone calls nothing had happened so I just moved out. Now I m going through the dramas of trying to contact them and get my bond back and of course no response. Avoid at all costs

Just went and viewed the property they had listed in Armentieres street kedron. I live down the road from there and am looking to sell my house and considered selling through this company being that they were selling this particular house. Spoke to the real estate agent who lied to me about the auction time and seemed very much disinterested in talking to me. To you I say please never ever judge a book by its cover. Due to this interaction, I would nevr deal with this company.
