I was very disappointed with the performance of the front office during my visit today. I have been a patient of Dr. Durso for years. During today s visit I was made to pay for the entire visit with the explanation that the insurance company would reimburse me. This has not been the case in the past. I offered to guarantee payment by making my credit card available in the event the insurance company did not cover my charges but this was not acceptable to the woman at the front office. I think she just did not want to do her job, just wanted to shift the burden on me. She blamed that on corporate policy. This was the first time I ever heard of corporate . I will be contacting my insurance company to straighten this out but this has Been disappointing and I will be reevaluating my relationship with the office going forward. It is very likely I will be looking for a different dental office!

I loved my experience at Dr. Durso's office! Everyone who works there is professional, friendly, kind and capable.

I traveled from Lake Forest, IL to Mt. Prospect just to have my dental appointment with them and I am happy I did.

My cleaning was fun because Lisa was friendly and easy to talk to - the hour went by very quickly. She has been with the dental practice for 13 years and it is easy to see why.

We ve been going to Dr. Durso for years, he s a great guy and all the hygienists in the office are awesome at what they do and are very friendly. I don t want to forget the girls up front are great also. No complaints here.

I do not like like going to the dentist, but my experience at Dr. Durso changed my outlook. The office and waiting room are very clean. There is a good selection of reading material, even though I have not waited more than 5 minutes. The staff is very friendly and always make sure that I am comfortable before a procedure. Dr. Durso is very knowledgeable and I do not find myself coming back for appointments to fix things. The front desk is also very accommodating with insurance and scheduling. This is the first dentist that I don't dread going to. The hours are also great for those with 9-5 hours.

Dr. Durso has Hey state of the art facility and a first class staff. I trust Dr. Durso with my oral health but also use him for cosmetic dentistry. Dr. Durso is a perfectionist which is exactly what you need when you want a beautiful smile. He has a great disposition and my complete respect. Dr. Durso s practice has my full endorsement.

Dr. Durso is hands down a dentist that I would not hesitate to recommend to anyone in need of dental care. I will admit that I am not fond of visiting the dentist, and this comes after nearly 64 years of "bad" experiences with other dentists both in New York City and more recently in Chicago but since I fortunately found D. Durso on the web, I no longer dread an office visit. In fact, I recently had some dental pain, called Dr. Durso's office late Thursday and he was able to squeeze me in Saturday morning to take care of the problem and I am sure he would have seen me on Friday if the office was open. To show you the care he delivers, I had some major dental work done a few years ago and Dr. Durso gave me his personal number with the instructions to call if I had any problems. My only regret is that I did not find Dr. Durso when I moved to Chicago 25 years ago!

Sue performed cleaning. On-time, right amount of conversation, she asked if there were any teeth issues and reviewed analysis with me.

Went in to have my partial bridge adjusted. They tried very hard, and made it hurt a little less. However, I will have to go back as it still doesn t fit right.

Went for semi annual checkup today (12/5/19). Everything was good. Very professional and friendly.

An excellent experience is in store when visiting Dr Durso and Staff. I have been a Patient for a very long time, and always feel like I am under great care. There is a relaxed atmosphere in the office, and every tooth is looked at carefully and evaluated. Questions are answered, and any changes in health discussed. The Dr and Staff deserve a 5 star review for their hard work and care.

I love my hygienist & followed her to this office. Dr Durso is gentle & has a great bedside manner. Also does charity work supplying dental services on his own time in 3rd world countries. Everyone in the office seems to get along like a family.

After not visiting the dentist for more years than I care to divulge, I was nervous and a little scared for my first visit. From the moment I walked into Dr. Durso's practice I was warmly welcomed and my worries began to subside. The waiting room is very nice with comfortable couches and complimentary beverages. The only problem was that I didn't have to wait more than 1 minute, as I would not have minded waiting and enjoying the couches and TV!

Once taken into the dental area you notice all the beautiful windows and views! The building is truly beautiful. The dental chair was also very comfortable! My cleaning went very well also! The hygienist took great care of me, often stopping to ask if I was doing alright as she new I was nervous after not visiting the dentist for many years. The cleaning was absolutely painless which makes me wonder why I was so scared to show up!

Dr. Durso really has a wonderful staff. Everybody I saw was so very nice and welcoming, I will not hesitate to come back! I highly recommend his practice to anyone in need of a dentist!

I have not always had the greatest experiences with dentists so I used to have a lot of anxiety when going to the dentist. Dr Durso and his team has done such an amazing job helping to make it a good experience. The staff is so friendly and intentional about remembering things about me. I always feel seen and safe and never shamed. I moved from Des Plaines a few years ago and still drive 45-60minutes to get to their office because the work they do is worth the trip. I recommend him to people all the time!

Cracked a tooth and was fit in 2 days later. Durong Covid, I felt safe going to have work done. Protocols are in place and are being used. Work was quick and efficient. Dr. Durso takes the time to explain best course of treatment and gets right to work. Highly recommend using Durso and Associates for your dental needs.

I've been a client for many years and was always very satisfied. About a year ago things changed on the 'business' side of the house. The charges on my credit card did not match the receipts that were printed that showed what we were supposed to have been charged, we were charged 2 different amounts for the same services performed just weeks apart, the people in the office didn't seem to know how to use the billing system, etc. I contacted the practice and asked for details and an explanation of why this was and was simply told "we reviewed and everything is correct" with no further explanation or details at all. The sad part is that maybe if they had provided the details I would've learned that they were in fact correct but we'll never know. This is not the kind of attitude I expect from any business I frequent, so I have found another dentist.

I really like Dr Durso's approach to dentistry. He is not overly agressive in taking the easy way out by making quick decisions to pull teeth. He fully discusses where to watch for possible future problems, so there are generally no surprises. He discusses options with you and listens what is omportant to you.

Dr Katia was great. Gentle, gave thorough explanations. The dental assistant didn't seemed very inexperienced. She asked me which tooth was the problem and I pointed ti it, but she was off setting up the xray and never looked. So she took an xray of the wrong tooth and had to unnecessarily irradiate my mouth a second time. I had water being sprayed all over me from the drill which wasn't being suctioned. Very sweet person, but too inexperienced.

Dr Durso is excellent, his hygienist Jan is amazing too!!! It's hard to find a good dentist and I have found them!!!

Dr. Durso has a great way of calming people who are uncomfortable with dental work. He's corrected many flawed fillings done by other dentists. I live in Chicago, but after trying numerous dentists in the city, I am more than willing to drive an hour to see Dr. Durso. The office is also open til 9 on Tuesdays, which is great for 9-5 people like me.

My dentist retired and a friend recommended Dr. Durso. Very satisfied with his approach and his staff. Big thumbs up.

He is our first dentist when we moved to the area and after moving to Wisconsin about 15 years ago, we still all travel the hour commute to Dr. Durso's office because we enjoy being a patient of this office. Very friendly and caring staff plus they remind you every 6 months when you're due for an appointment! Highly recommended!
