I've been a client for many years and was always very satisfied. About a year ago things changed on the 'business' side of the house. The charges on my credit card did not match the receipts that were printed that showed what we were supposed to have been charged, we were charged 2 different amounts for the same services performed just weeks apart, the people in the office didn't seem to know how to use the billing system, etc. I contacted the practice and asked for details and an explanation of why this was and was simply told "we reviewed and everything is correct" with no further explanation or details at all. The sad part is that maybe if they had provided the details I would've learned that they were in fact correct but we'll never know. This is not the kind of attitude I expect from any business I frequent, so I have found another dentist.
