It's by the airport. Seems clean. Bit dreary in the "event center"

Nice bar open til late really the only thing nice in Ontario.

Room and staff were great.... although the over the top rude people above us ruined our stay.

Had a great weekend at DoubleTree hotel, it was my birthday and my boyfriend surprised me with family and friends. The hotel is really nice, our room had a balcony facing the pool and it was spacious and clean. We also went to the night club inside the hotel name Misty's and it was fun!

Very large rooms for conferences definitely impressed!

The room is nice but one of the most unfriendly check-in hostesses I've met in my travels. They also placed us in a room right outside some convention with their loud music. It should be fun sleeping. All in all, not the place I would return to with so many other choices located nearby.

Room was good but directions of the entire area was not clear enough. We literally got lost in the parking lot while trying to find the lobby....

Attended an event in a ballroom. Excellent service and the hotel had some current styling internally for an older Hotel.

Great hotel and the beds were quite comfy! It may be a DoubleTree but the bar thinks it is a Hilton. We paid $13 for a glass of wine and $8 for a Modelo.

Always attend events at this location. Easy access from I-10 and plenty of parking. The banquet food is good.

Good location. Great access to the convention center. I was a little disappointed in the quality of the rooms. Although, when I was unhappy with the first room, the staff was quick to move me.

I decided to submit this review to make sure perspective customers are aware of the level of service this facility provides.
I am a Diamond Hilton Honors member since 2010, and stayed from September 6 to September 9, 2016 at this Hotel. After checking in, I got to the room, found hairs by the coffee machine and around the wall to floor joints in the bathroom and shower. The toilet basin was dirty, and the drain of the shower was stained as well. In addition, the blanket was dirty. Overall it was disgusting. I called the front desk to complain and it took the manager around 1/2 hr. to come to the room. I showed in detail to the manager the status of the room, then he apologized and changed me to another room. Too much inconvenience for me since the time I got to the hotel and I finally settled to do some work. Once in the new room, I looked for the two complementary bottles of water that Hilton Honors get, but found none. I had to go back to the front desk and they had none. The associate had to go to the bar and get one bottle and told me he would be sending the second bottle to my room, but I never got it. On the second day, I checked the room when I came back from work and I did not find the towel and soap bar that is placed by the bath tub; I complaint with front desk. They finally placed the set.
Breakfast: When I tried the water melon it tasted onions, so clear the cook was using the same knife for the onions and the fruit. I complaint with the waitress and he told me he would tell the cook to use different knife. Next day, I tried the water melon again, and tasted onions again. I even did not bother to complain again. Also, this hotel does not follow standard procedure for all double trees regarding breakfast. All Double Trees provide full breakfast to Hilton Honor members, this one ONLY offers continental breakfast to Diamond Hilton Honor members.
With all this inconvenience, The manager apologized with me and gave me a gift certificate for the restaurant, but I really felt like not paying for my stay. Unless this hotel does not reply my complain with the corrective actions to all these issues I will ever come again, and I do not recommend this hotel to anybody. Too expensive for the level of service provided to clients.

This visit was for a seminar. Great service and friendly staff

I stayed here for work travel for about a week. I've stayed here before and have enjoyed the hotel, but this time had a few snags. The AC was leaking water on the floor in the bathroom, and they charged an early checkout fee, which was new. Still a nice hotel.

It is extremely close to the convention. And free cookies just by asking for them at the front entrance.

I was impressed with how clean the convention room was. Other places usually have signs a different event took place but not here.

Not a great experience. They AC barely kept the room at 75 degrees. The fire alarm went off at 4am for 5 mins. The tv worked, sometimes. And the property is like a maze. It takes forever to get from your room to the front where the bars and restaurants are.

It was great. Very comfortable and spacious with lots of restaurants and fun places nearby.

Convent location, just off freeway adjacent to airport. Staff is helpful & facilities are clean & well maintained.

It's alright. The lobby was comfortable and they had food.

I had a great time at the pool which they close at 11:00pm! The hotel is kept up and you don't need to drive anywhere for drinks since they have a bar and a club on premises!!!

Rooms are big, cookies are fresh , plenty of parking, close to the Ontario airport

As an ex doubletree employee (not at this location) I know the employees make the guests stay. Not sure what is going on with these front desk girls but they have no personality. The hotel itself is such a nice property. The employees which are supposed to be the face just don't cut it. My 3rd star is for Fiona at Misty's bar, she went above and beyond to get my girl's cookies, she walked over to the front desk to get them (which front desk people were trying to charge us for) brought water and a small snack over for the girls while my partner and I were having a drink. She's the only one who cares enough about guest experience. So thank you Fiona, the stars are for you.

It was good. Cookies in conference room were delicious. That's all we experienced.

I did not stay in the hotel. Was there for dinner with the wife at Porters Steak House. Which is located inside the hotel. If you like a great quality steak along with great service then you will like this place. I highly recommend it. It's a little in the expensive side but for the quality of food and service, in my opinion it's well worth it and you will not be disappointed. After dinner we went to Misty's Lounge which is also located right next door to the steakhouse inside the hotel. If you show them your recipe that u had dinner at Porters, you can get in the club for free. The club has a different live band every Saturday night which play a different genre of music every Saturday. The club seems to attract 30 and over crowd which is perfect for us since you can have a few drinks, dance and have fun without the drama.

Refreshed room was comfortable, clean and spacious. Construction was happening during my stay, however I was never bothered. Staff was exceptional. I would stay at this property again with no hesitation.

It's always a pleasure when visiting the DoubleTree by Hilton. The staff is always so courteous and genuinely helpful. The property is beautiful, well-maintained, and adequately staffed. The food is always delicious. The service is second-to-none. They leave you wanting for nothing. This is an excellent location for meetings and other events, as well. It is conveniently located close to the Ontario Airport, and within walking distance to the Convention Center.

Went there for a finance seminar. The building shows it's age with paint cracks, and the men's restrooms were very unclean. The food that was catered was good. Had the salmon and tri- tip.

Went to a party in one of the ballrooms here. This is a very nice place, clean and elegant. Good food. But I didn't get to eat one of those cookies that they're famous for, so that's my only complaint.

It was a great place, very professional and a beautiful room. There were a few issues with the room but they gave us a small refund for our problems when we checked out. The convention center my business used was beautiful and the staff was great!

You get what you pay for, but i would've liked it better with continental breakfast

It's clean and comfortable, the staff was nice, the location is convenient for business in the area. Not much you can ask for. Breakfast was decent too.

The property is over all nice considering where it's located. The room was a little dated but clean. The food in the restaurant was surprisingly good.

Great place to stay if you're heading out from Ontario International Airport great on a Saturday night with the lounge and disc attack Misty's would recommend this place for a lot of fun on Saturday night and a place to stay if you're traveling elsewhere

I stayed at this hotel for a conference and I loved it beautiful Ambience great food great atmosphere I highly recommend this place.

Great space. I was there for a conference and happened into the bar and ordered this feast . Yummy.

Nice, clean, and friendly. Everything you expect from a hilton.

Eat at porter. The dub bone pork chop was not serve med. But it was ok to eat.

They had a really good breakfast bar for the price, I believe it was all you can eat(=
