I decided to submit this review to make sure perspective customers are aware of the level of service this facility provides.
I am a Diamond Hilton Honors member since 2010, and stayed from September 6 to September 9, 2016 at this Hotel. After checking in, I got to the room, found hairs by the coffee machine and around the wall to floor joints in the bathroom and shower. The toilet basin was dirty, and the drain of the shower was stained as well. In addition, the blanket was dirty. Overall it was disgusting. I called the front desk to complain and it took the manager around 1/2 hr. to come to the room. I showed in detail to the manager the status of the room, then he apologized and changed me to another room. Too much inconvenience for me since the time I got to the hotel and I finally settled to do some work. Once in the new room, I looked for the two complementary bottles of water that Hilton Honors get, but found none. I had to go back to the front desk and they had none. The associate had to go to the bar and get one bottle and told me he would be sending the second bottle to my room, but I never got it. On the second day, I checked the room when I came back from work and I did not find the towel and soap bar that is placed by the bath tub; I complaint with front desk. They finally placed the set.
Breakfast: When I tried the water melon it tasted onions, so clear the cook was using the same knife for the onions and the fruit. I complaint with the waitress and he told me he would tell the cook to use different knife. Next day, I tried the water melon again, and tasted onions again. I even did not bother to complain again. Also, this hotel does not follow standard procedure for all double trees regarding breakfast. All Double Trees provide full breakfast to Hilton Honor members, this one ONLY offers continental breakfast to Diamond Hilton Honor members.
With all this inconvenience, The manager apologized with me and gave me a gift certificate for the restaurant, but I really felt like not paying for my stay. Unless this hotel does not reply my complain with the corrective actions to all these issues I will ever come again, and I do not recommend this hotel to anybody. Too expensive for the level of service provided to clients.
