Donatos is good for a chain pizza place, one of the only chain pizza places offering Ohio/Midwest style pizza. Since it's a chain it's prevalent all over so you're likely to be able to get Donatos delivered to you, which can be a bonus in a pinch.

This is my typical go to Pizza Place. I never order online, I prefer calling and speaking to an actual person. Tonight when I called in I received an Automative voice.. I absolutely didn t like it. And I know that sounds petty but when I call In I want to speak to an actual person.

The crust didn't stay crispy once I got home & I literally live about two miles from the Donatos location I picked the pizza up at. The green peppers need cut up better. There were big chunks on that thin crust we always get & like. Other than that, everything else was good.

Always a delicious pie. Great pizza sauce that has flavor, real pepperoni and not sliced sausage for pizza, quality real cheese and plenty of it. Donatos is one of the chains that truly holds on to Quality ingredients and making every item delicious every time.

Called for delivery (1/2 mile away) and they told me my neighborhood was Brice rd store which is 3&1/2 miles away. Obviously Brice rd knew my neighborhood belonged to the Broad st. store. Neither one would do it.

Don't bother asking for extra cheese, they don't mind collecting your money for it...

This location SUCKS! They never get my order right. This was the 3rd time. I am never going back. This location is across the street from my house but I will make the trip to E Main & Waggoner. The pizza is hot & they pay attention to detail. Its not hard to get an order right. Geez!

Whenever we go to my parents house we get Donatos because this Donatos know how to cook the pizza long enough that dough isn't raw. The Westerville Maxtown Rd. Donatos can't make a pizza to save his soul. I have repeatedly complained. I have even asked them to burn it. Still the dough is raw.
