Pros:
A great place to get your feet wet in the business world. If you are looking for an open door and supportive environment DMC is that and more. You get out of DMC what you put in which is a lot of work but also a lot of fun.
Expect long days and an unconventional schedule for your work week. The long hours are all yours to control because again you get back what you put in at DMC. It s sales but you are also learning important training and management skills and there is boundless opportunity to move into a leadership position.
The CEO Adam Dorfman couldn t be a kinder and supportive person no matter if you have been there 1 day or 1 year.
They do not discriminate. No matter who you are there is an opportunity for you to make positive change and become a strong professional at work and in life.

Cons:
There is high turnover but DMC doesn t lie about how their company and culture is not for everyone.

It is a great place to be! This place literally sets standard for how a work place should be. There are super positive people everywhere who are always willing to help. The opportunity for personal growth is virtually limitless. There are frequent optional inter-state road trips as well, so you get a lot of traveling opportunities. In a nutshell, DMC Atlanta is one big family of super awesome people!

Great company to work with. They have a great training program to help their team members grow and there always is an opportunity to grow if you work hard.
