I hadn t realized there was a car shortage but Dodge City had exactly what I was looking for! Kyle called me early Saturday morning after I had been looking at their inventory late Friday evening. He set me up for an appointment and the moment we got there, he asked what I wanted, showed me what he had and worked hard on getting me the number I wanted to settle on our offer. Kyle was professional, thanked us numerous times for coming in and being patient. He was knowledgeable, respectful of my time and very hospitable. Thank you Kyle for making this an amazing experience for my family and I, i absolutely love my new car!! You were awesome!
Once we got to finance, we met Al Flores. Al was fast in getting us in and out, and made us feel like family.

They do good repairs. The front service desk has some difficult associates though. Not all. But enough that it makes you ask what is the overall culture there?
We took our 2016 jeep for a fuel system cleaning and J tried to clean us of 400 extra dollars. First he did not agree to my wife that the other part we needed (window switch) could be purchased at the parts department without paying for installation. It is a literally 2 minute installation. When I asked about this with the other service desk salesperson he was very open and helpful about it and we will be buying the part with Dodge City.
Then to top off the experience when I was leaving the men's restroom the same associate who talked with my wife pushed open the door so forcefully that it sprained 2 fingers on my right hand. He did not apologize or even show the slightest concern. Rather saying a lame excuse that there's no window in the door and brushing by me. (Note to management if you do read this review the men's room door hardware should be either adjusted or replaced so it provides more resistance to forceful pushes which would eliminate any possibility of a person in the inside being hurt.) My fingers are injured in about as much as the way a catching a football or basketball a bit wrong would hurt. And y'all don't need to worry I've never hired a lawyer in my life.
To finish my review, Dodge City does good repairs and when you're dealing with parts department it's straightforward. But you have to guard yourself about some of the folks at the service desk. Again if the service desk management reads this review I hope you do not use it as an excuse to dismiss any parties mentioned in the review but rather as a incentive to make your service desk culture more about customer service than dollar sales. You CAN accomplish both at the same time.
I loved my experience at Dodge city from the friendly staff to the great customer service. Kyle Rheude was great so helpful and very knowledgeable. He went out of his way to get us a great deal on our truck was very patient with us through the whole process. Thank you so much Kyle for helping me get my dream truck. Had a great experience. Bryce Boyd was our salesman and he was very helpful and did a great job. My husband bought a truck and that is why we ended up there as we had researched and found out they had what we were looking for. I also was looking and had no plans to buy but found exactly what I wanted so I bought an SUV. The whole process was pretty seamless. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a vehicle. Would buy from them again.

I bought a new truck from the folks at Dodge City and Ricardo did a fantastic job helping us through the entire process. I drove up from Houston to buy the truck and both Ricardo and James made sure everything went easy and smooth to get me back on the road in a hurry so I could get back home. Overall I got a good deal and had a great experience buying the truck.

The sales and service staff are great, plus the prices are some of the best, so I've never had a bad experience. The process is always quick and easy, and the deal is always transparent. Salesman Anthony Addy sent me pictures of what they had available and started financial process for me before I even started heading their way.
