I used DocASAP frequently for various types of appointments and I always had a great experience. Friendly & easy to use UI, great selection of physicians! Highly recommend!

When you sign up for this service they ask you to integrate with your EMR which my EMR system did within 24 hours. They then state they will contact your thereafter with the next step (which they did not). Matter of fact when I signed into their system they are still indicating to me that I still need to give them authorization to my EMR so I reached out to them. Upon reaching out to them the person that I spoke with was unprofessional, did not seem to know anything about their own onboarding process, did not ask my name, company name, or anything. I was so uncomfortable with the way the call was handled there would be no way I would trust our patient's information with this company.

I did not expect anyone from DocASAP to actually respond, thank you so much for doing that. I understand that this was just probably an occasional hiccup.

My experiences with DocASAP have been great. I m in an organization that continues to grow and innovate, and the team at DocASAP plays an active role in helping us to transform how we do business. With their leading technology we already have an amazing online scheduling platform, that s configured via real-time interface with our EHR system, but the ongoing collaboration over how we ll be able to extend and re-purpose their technology has me even more excited than I was when we went live six months ago. We re pleased with our choice in DocASAP to be our partner.

Very easy to navigate website. Prompt response to questions and ease of access to doctors close to home.
