There was so much to do and see ! It was a beautiful place that was very inclusive. The rides were very cool and we'll designed, but my favourite part had to be the Indoor and outdoor ice skating :') it was so beautiful. I wish I had time to see more of the park and we spent 8 hours there :'0 I would recommend this to family's and tourists alike! Great place

Hidden gem. This place really deserves to be visited. Everything is very well made and has something for all ages and tastes. This is just like Disney but without the name behind it.

If you are in the Netherlands you should definitely go there.

Prices are OK for what it offer. Restaurants inside have really affordable prices and good quality.

Oh and the park is open 365 days a year.

If you want to visit you should plan at least 2 days.

Fantastic theme park, though not cheap. Looks pretty, great rollercoasters and rides, both for young and old a lot to see and do (also other things than the rollercoaster rides, such as shows, a massive fairy tale park etc.). Try and get tickets with discount if possible and do not be afraid to bring some of your own bought food and drinks to cut down on expenses.

Was pleasantly surprised by this the park. Great rides and queue times were relatively short. Staff were friendly (and could speak English thankfully). Merchandise and food wasn't overly expensive compared to other parks I've been to. Check out the water show if you go, was a real unexpected treat

Efteling definitely belongs to the top tier parks in Europe. Their attractions, especially the newer ones, are themed really well. You can feel a magic in the park just like Disney does. Well designed interactive decorations, quality entertainment and breathtaking shows make the Efteling one of my favourite parks. Too bad that staying in one of their themed hotel rooms costs a fortune.

Truly magical, worth every ounce of effort to travel to from London. Even though we visited over a long weekend near the end of August it was never so busy as to be a problem; the longest we waited for a ride was 40 minutes and in most cases it was more like 20 minutes or less. We will definitely be back in a few years once the youngest is over 1.2m but I would heartily recommend Efteling for families with kids of any age.

If you want a nice day with the whole family this is a perfect park, there is something for everyone. This park has some beautiful views. I suggest you choose what day you want to come because the waiting line can be quite long if you're on a busy day! If you are in the neighborhood this park is a place you should visit!

The best Theme Park I've ever visited in Europe.

I was advised for a long time not to visit this park as there wasn't a lot to do for thrill seekers.

It's no cedar point but then it doesn't attempt to be.

What the Efteling is, is a special place of dreams and magic for the entire family.

I rode Rollercoasters, some of the best might I add, one moment and then the next I was in a magical trackless dark ride with my kids, followed by flying in the sky using the Pagode.

We spent 8 hours on our first visit and we genuinely believe we only saw 30-40% of what the Efteling is.

We are already planning to return, next time for 2 or maybe 3 days.

The feeling you get as an adult waking around the Efteling is the same feeling you got as a young child walking around your first theme park, it's THAT MAGICAL.

Efteling in winter is magical. !The winter square is a fairytale in itself. The skating palace is amazing. I missed the 'snow' this year; other years they had artificial snow on the castles and houses, and l didnt see the jinglebell sleigh. Bring it back please

Forget Amsterdam, if you are looking for an amazing day featuring Dutch culture this is the place to be! I used to come here when I was 8, still go here now that I am 20 and I will probably still be going when I'm 80.

(Disclaimer: I do actually love Amsterdam as well)

De Efteling BV: A Magical World of Thrilling Rides and Enchanting Fairy Tales

De Efteling BV is a Dutch amusement park located in Kaatsheuvel, North Brabant. It is one of the oldest and most popular theme parks in Europe, attracting millions of visitors every year. The park covers an area of 72 hectares and features a wide range of attractions, including roller coasters, water rides, dark rides, shows, and fairy tale-themed areas.

The history of De Efteling dates back to 1935 when it was opened as a sports park with playgrounds and a tea house. However, it soon evolved into an amusement park with the addition of various attractions such as the Fairy Tale Forest (Sprookjesbos) in 1952. Since then, De Efteling has undergone several expansions and renovations to keep up with changing times while preserving its unique charm.

One of the main draws of De Efteling is its enchanting atmosphere that transports visitors to a world full of magic and wonder. The park's design is inspired by traditional Dutch architecture and folklore, creating a nostalgic ambiance that appeals to both children and adults alike. From the moment you enter through the gates adorned with giant mushrooms and fairies to exploring different themed areas like Adventure Realm (Reizenrijk), Fairy Tale Forest (Sprookjesbos), or Land van Laaf - there's always something new to discover at De Efteling.

Apart from its charming setting, De Efteling also boasts some thrilling rides that cater to adrenaline junkies. One such ride is Baron 1898 - an immersive dive coaster that takes riders on a freefall drop from 37 meters high at speeds up to 90 km/hour! Another popular attraction is Python - one of Europe's largest roller coasters featuring multiple inversions over its track length.

For those who prefer more relaxed experiences can enjoy boat rides through Raveleijn or take part in interactive shows like Aquanura - an impressive water show featuring fountains synchronized with music & lights.

In addition to these attractions mentioned above; there are many other exciting things waiting for you at De Efteling! You can explore different themed areas like Adventure Realm (Reizenrijk), where you'll find exotic landscapes inspired by cultures around the world; or visit Land van Laaf – home for quirky creatures known as Laven who love nothing more than having fun!

If you're planning your visit soon then make sure you book your tickets online beforehand because this place gets crowded quickly during peak season! You can easily reserve your spot via their website which offers various packages depending on your preferences & budget.

In conclusion: If you're looking for an unforgettable day out filled with adventure & magic then look no further than De Efteling BV! With its unique blend between thrilling rides & enchanting fairy tales set amidst beautiful surroundings – this place truly has something for everyone regardless if they are young or old!
