I bought an engine that they said would be a direct fit. I saw that it was from a different style truck. They said it would fit just change the intake. I said well they do this all the time. What a load of BS. The mechanic changed so many parts that it was faster to just get the right engine. He returned it. This was all costing me money. He has to put me at the end of the line in order to continue to make money. I understood this but when he got back to my truck, the engine was no good and A-1 said tough SH@@ it has been over 30 days even if we did give you the wrong engine and try to get you to make it work. $1500 gone and started to sue a lawyer said that the chances were 50/50 of recovering anything.

Crooks that take advantage of old lady's that don't know any better. U pull it is way cheaper and they will pull it for you as well. if you are going to buy any parts from these people please take someone that knows automotive parts. Don't let these people take advantage of you!!!

If you like to sit in the A/C and wait on your part to be pulled then this is the place for you. Not the best prices but nice A/C room to sit and wait and wait and wait for your part to be pulled. I prefer to pull it myself and don't have time to wait hours for the part!

Went to get a rim & tire for my truck as a spare, they charged us $45+tax & sold us a recapped tire, it's worthless... That's taking advantage, if I didn't need to be on the road for Florida I would have brought it back to them & went some where else. Praying we don't end up with a flat, God knows we can't afford to take any more time away from the drive. Very dissapointed & I don't think I will be buying from them again without paying close attention to what their trying to sell me!

Terrible experience. I called for a a particular part and color fender. I got told they had plenty of those fenders but wouldnt know the color without physically checking. I said no big deal I'll come check it out. I drove 40 min to get here to wait in their lobby for 20 mins until I just got aggrivated enough to leave. While my wait in the lobby there were 3 people behind the counter doing nothing but talking with eachother. It was apparent none of the three was gonna help so I patiently waited and watched what seemed to be some kind of manager walk in and out 3 different times and just look at me. After that 2 more workers come in from the yard as I think oh finally I can go look, nope the manager comes back out gives them some other task to do and goes back in his office. It was at this point of my 20 minute wait that I decided they did not need my business that bad apparently and left.

Went there to get radiator for my truck. Guy told me one price. I guess he went to lunch while we were pulling it- new guy at counter wanted TWICE AS MUCH. I ordered a brand new radiator for $25 less!

Wasted over two hours there for nothing. Seems like its one of those places where there are too many chiefs and not enough Indians if you know what I mean.

Bought a transmission from them a few years back and a guy, who knew NOTHING about transmissions and I think he was just trying to help make a sale, said if the transmission fluid "tasted" like toast, it was fine. WHO DOES THAT?! In my experience, if the fluid smells burnt or is dark in color, it's bad. I also check the pan when I pull one because it tells a story about its life. I brought it home and pulled the side cover off and noticed it was the WRONG ONE! Took it back and they asked how do I know it's the wrong one. I told them I took the side cover off and they almost didn't take it because they said I had "modified" it. Took them three tries before they got it right and when I installed it, the transmission didn't shift well. Took it back and argued for a while about getting my money back, but instead got a $606 (outrageous for a trans that didn't work well) store credit.

They sometimes pull through with good parts, but the wait times can be aggravating. I'd rather pull the part myself and not get duped by some one who has no experience with vehicles.
