Food was good. Service was great. Only gave it a 4 because we thought it was a little pricey for breakfast buffet for no more than they served. $8.99 per person does not include drinks. Food was slow at being refilled on the bar. Hood prevented you from properly reaching the food.

I really like this restaurant. Reasonably priced and their burgers are the best in town. They have an all you can eat buffet as well. Their chicken tenders are wonderful too. They actually use real chicken that is handed breaded, not those preformed, mechanically separated ones that most places serve. The only reason I didn't give five stars is because you cannot get the chicken tenders I'm talking about unless they're on the buffet the day you go and because they are open only until two every day.

First time coming in today. I'd seen pictures of the buffet on facebook and wanted to.give it a go. Place was really full but we were able to get a table. All of the breakfast meats were cooked well, and a few with a dark sear which is my favorite. Had to wait 20 minutes for them to restock biscuits. I don't think the monitor it very often. Looked like only a couple people were waitressing for that big room. The food wasn't spectacular but it wasn't awful either. Only paid 22 dollars for 2 buffets and drinks, so the food was certainly worth the price. I may come back for a dinner now.

I have been eating there for over a year now. I take my elderly dad every Tuesday morning, he loves it! Serving staff is what you would expect in a small town diner, second to none awesome!!! Feels like home and plenty to see on all the walls. The food is always hot and tastes like home cooking. See you all next Tuesday!!!!

Obviously a local Hangout which is what I prefer when I travel. But it's not a Haven from the heat there air conditioner can't keep up. The burgers were okay fresh made to order. But the low rating is because I was required to pay the visitor tax the price on the menu was not what I was charged and when I asked the owner's granddaughter about it who was serving me she said the menus were old and needed to be updated and mushrooms for the burger were expensive. She already type it in the register and sarcastically asked me if I wanted my $2 back so much for southern hospitality.

We usually enjoy finding little hole in the wall restaurants that have great food and service. This is obviously a local place for locals, the waitress seemed to know everyone and sat and chatted with a few customers (which is fine). The air conditioning, if there was any, was not working. The initial service was ok, however the food took forever. We ordered burgers, a mushroom and swiss and a traditional cheese burger. The burgers were fine, however the mushroom burger was smaller than the traditional.
When we went to check out the girl charged us $2 more for the mushroom burger. When my husband questioned her by mentioning the price in the menu, she got snippy and said, "Oh we are waiting on new menus. Mushrooms are expensive." My husband then asked for the owner to which she replied that she was the owners granddaughter and did he really want her to rering the order. He did end up paying the increased price but obviously no tip was left.

Came here because the reviews were decent and it was near where I was staying. Was seen by the waitress fairly quickly, then waited nearly 5 minutes for a cup of water. Another waitress apologized, and finally when my waitress came back, she apologized as well. No big deal, I'm a patient person. Ordered the kitchen sink omlette and was instantly disappointed when it was placed in front of me. Looked like it was cooked for a few minutes too long, shredded cheddar cheese was sprinkled on top, not even melted. Last time I checked, the cheese was supposed to be melted inside. Was expecting a true southern made biscuit, and was again, very disappointed. Dry with no taste. I've had better biscuits from a fast food chain. Even if I come back through town, I will never come back to this establishment.
