I feel privileged to know about Covance. This company is made by their leaders and employees that take their role personally. It is so uplifting to see so many for which drug research and development has improved the life of their loved ones.

My fiance worked here and they decided to tow his car. He has a parking tag but they don't bother to ask you to move the car before they tow it. Since security was too lazy to find him even though they have his name, phone number, and location he worked in, it has costed us a fortune to get it back. We were in the process of getting the car put in his name so we were waiting for the bmv to receive his title so we could get the plates and registration switched from his mothers name to his. Now with the bmv costs and the towing fees it is over $1,000. They clearly do not care about employees here.
Company is not bad. Just the racisim from some of the employees. Like the mother daughter that work there and they little friend on the 6 to 2 shift and the supers do nothing. Its just crazy how it all works the mom comes in when she wants nothing said. If nothing is done im gonna mention names
Great company, Terrible Management! Supervisor named Laura Wisely is absolutely awful! They don t keep their word and they don t work with you! Again great place to work, Keep in mind management is absolutely awful
