Great coffee, one of the cafe's in my list that my colleagues and I cycle through.

Good coffee to drink there or take away. Roasted beans are good. Prices aren't really visible. Good upmarket machines - narrow range though. Competent mechanical repairs for a range of machines is the main drawcard.

Awfull customer service! It takes them almost a month to assess the defect, which was actually exactly what we had instructed to look at. Then it takes another view weeks to actually fix it. Such customer service can only be given by companies that have too large an market share.

My airfryer was sent for repair, it was fixed but attention to detail is very poor, it came back with full of deep scratch on one side. An item with glossy finish is not please to look at. I don't recommend it as repair shop.

Just bought some amazing beans from them. Staff were amazing. Made us coffee to try the different beans free of charge and spent quite a bit of time talking to us about the different beans. We previously bought our beans from ONA but find the quality and service here superior in recent years.

Coffee is excellent! Staff made a small mistake with our food order but nothing major. Highly recommended for coffee beans and take away and have in coffee too.

Best hot chocolate. They combine two chocolates to get an excellent choc. Try it. Been coming here since 2010.

Good coffee. I go there regularly. The quality varies sometimes depending on how busy they are. They have very friendly staff. They also roast coffee and fix coffee machines on site.

You must buy from here any thing plus buy raw coffee, recommended, happy helpfully staff

In the business for over forty years, this coffee shop remains popular, especially with the older set who leave with armfuls of coffee beans. I was underwhelmed by my long black, which tasted bitter and was unpleasant to taste. The environs also displeased me as the cafe is in the middle of an industrial park. Food on offer looked tired and unappealing. I won't be going out of my way to visit again

Coffee is good, prices reasonable, good variety in the sandwich and cake bar. Simple and effective.

I'd like to give them 5 stars from my experience. As I have moved in Canberra from China 7 years ago, I have different experience within ACT, both positively and negatively, both hospitality and living. There is barrier among people that I could say it very depends. However, I have such experience in this shop as a coffee machine owner who brought his 'faulty' Delonghi Magnifica for a fixing under warranty. I did not give such a comment on Google Map reviews usually, but I do this time for her.

The girl I had spoken before, she is patient with a really sufficient knowledge and experience with what she is doing, which provides me a such satisfaction that she is really good on her job and a person who put her passion within a coffee machine service centre. One of my best experiences as a customer within ACT.

At the end, I would like to say she deserves a raise. However, the machine was ready and I did not receive any notice or message which is also disappointing. Therefore, 4 stars then. :)

Maybe I over acted and commented on this whole experience but it is true about what I thought in my mind at the time.

Purchased coffee beans for home and the flavours were beautiful!

Went to Cosmorex for the first time yesterday to buy beans. The range is extensive and reasonably priced, staff were super helpful and friendly and I'm enjoying a delicious coffee made with the beans I bought! Will definitely be going back!

They actually have LARGE (Ultra) coffee. Good coffee too.

Good Tunes. Backstreet Boys was playing today and improved my mood 10 fold. Coffees pretty good also.

service is brilliant and friendly. Coffee is great until about 1/2pm when the machine needs a bit of a clean having worked so hard all day.

Great place for a coffee and a piece of cake. Very comfortable inside and great service. Quiet easy to get a park.

TL;DR
Good beans, unpretentious coffee advice, good to bad coffee at their cafe.
Beans highly recomended.

I have been enjoying Cosmerex coffee beans for the last few years, they have a large selection of beans available, pretty much a flavour profile for everyone (I use "Nitro") If you dont know what you're looking for I have found the staff to be very straight forward (unpretentious) in the explanation of how you would expect the different beans to taste. I've never been made to feel like I'm some sort of idiot for not knowing about coffee or not having a fancy coffee machine, as I have had in other places.
The coffee in their cafe is generally good, service is always quick and friendly, but I recently had a takeaway coffee that was almost undrinkable. I'll give them another chance to see if it was a one off and update.

Great coffee with a surprising selection of desserts and Cakes

Cosmorex is worth a visit if you are interested in a new machine , or coffee to suite your personal taste or even just information. While you are there enjoy a snack, eat in or take away. I'll be back for a bacon & egg roll for sure.

Great coffee as usual. Friendly and helpful service when seeking odd products e.g paper filters for special holders.

Sunbeam asked me to drop my espresso machine at Cosmorex for a warranty repair. Sunbeam said it should have taken no more than 2 weeks to repair. Over 6 weeks later, it's ready to be picked up. During that time Sunbeam told me Cosmorex had full authority to repair but Cosmorex said they didn't, someone was lying. One of the many times I called Cosmorex a staff member said it's common they let repairs stack up to reduce cost and admin of ordering parts needed. No communication from Cosmorex the whole time.
When picking it up I asked if it was a complicated problem, lady said "no the collar just needed replacing". I said I was disappointed with my experience. She smiles at me and smugly wheezes, "have a nice day" and walked off.
I'm writing this review 2 months after the event, the problem I had is resolved but machine makes strange sounds when pouring now. Will just put up with it so I don't have to deal with Cosmorex again.

Myself and a friend travelled out to Cosmorex for some of the best coffee in Canberra. We also had a very tasty sausage roll. The staff were delightful and very chatty.
