It's a hell for people who are allergic to smoke. There are no proper smoke zones. People just smoke anywhere near the few eateries that's there. The elevators are damn bad. It takes like 10 mins to reach your floor. No green spaces or lawns to walk on. Quite old fashioned.

One would think, tech park means it would be greenery and with many cafeteria and walking/sitting zones. Yeah, almost all tech parks except IBC.

Huge buildings with amazing infrastructure and green space
Love the green area at the first floor
The main problem in IT Parks is elevators, parking and cabs
