Sunbeam asked me to drop my espresso machine at Cosmorex for a warranty repair. Sunbeam said it should have taken no more than 2 weeks to repair. Over 6 weeks later, it's ready to be picked up. During that time Sunbeam told me Cosmorex had full authority to repair but Cosmorex said they didn't, someone was lying. One of the many times I called Cosmorex a staff member said it's common they let repairs stack up to reduce cost and admin of ordering parts needed. No communication from Cosmorex the whole time.
When picking it up I asked if it was a complicated problem, lady said "no the collar just needed replacing". I said I was disappointed with my experience. She smiles at me and smugly wheezes, "have a nice day" and walked off.
I'm writing this review 2 months after the event, the problem I had is resolved but machine makes strange sounds when pouring now. Will just put up with it so I don't have to deal with Cosmorex again.
