My account rep checks in on me just to make sure everything is going well, and if for some reason it isn't she makes sure it gets fixed right away. The service technicians are always knowledgeable and prompt. I have other printer/copier companies call me all of the time looking to get my business, but why would I switch when continuously get this kind of service year after year? Keep up the good work!

Great customer service and sales team to work with. We have had little to know issues with the equipment. The one issue we did have was corrected promptly.

During a difficult time in my business with problems dealing with another brand of copier SumnerOne stepped up and kept me running. They found an affordable alternative and delivered it quick enough that it never disrupted my customers jobs. They worked with me on spreading out payments so the initial hit wouldn't drain working capital. I appreciate their dedication to the customer and finding solutions that make sense.

We recently starting working with SumnerOne for our copier needs. They have been excellent to work with. They are very reliable, dependable, professional and quick to respond. They have done onsite training and also have been able to assist us with just a phone call.

SumnerOne/Datamax has just finished installing probably our 10th production digital press. This color press replaced a color press which replaced another color press. Minuteman Press-Des Peres has been a customer of SumnerOne/Datamax for almost 20 years and they have all been good. The service team is freaky fast, responsive and helpful. The professional sales team made the selection/acquisition process easy. They should have all the business, they're that good!

EXTREMELY poor service department. We re located in S. IL. I called the service department to confirm they covered our location, which they said they did for service of our Lexmark printers.

A work order was supposedly created to sent out a technician. Fast forward three weeks later (with no service tech or update), we get a follow-up call on how our service call went, and inquiring if they can quote on our ink and cartridges. I then update them that we ve never had a service call, or seen a technician.

They then switch me to service , where a mistake has been made and something fell between the cracks . They would schedule and take care of it. Then service department dispatcher calls later that day stating they don t service our area sorry.

I can always drag my printers over there for service though I think not!

I wait four weeks for service after inquiring up front to confirm/verify. STAY AWAY FROM THEIR SERIVE DEPT.

Don't let them give you a quote for anything. They will call and harass you continually, even if you tell them to stop and that you will not be purchasing anything from them. And by continually, I mean, twice a month, since last year. So basically, for over a year now.

They have worked hard to resolve any issues and service on all our machines is excellent.

We moved our copier business over to SumnerOne/Copying Concepts three years ago and I couldn't be happier with that decision. The Konica-Minolta color copiers we've leased from them are workhorses. I've used several different major brands of copiers over the past 25 years and have never seen this level of quality and durability. When they do require service, SumnerOne is on it fast with very professional service techs. These techs not only take care of the immediate problem, but they PM the systems to take care of any other issues that might be coming up in the near future. Because they do this, I don't place nearly the number of service calls as I used to on previous vendors equipment. Finally, our rep Kati does a fantastic job getting us the equipment and services that we need. I highly recommend SumnerOne.

The machine that we received was in top working condition and they have made it easy for our staff to learn about all of its functions. We recently bought our office copier/scanner/printer/fax and the same version (only smaller) for a second copier/scanner/printer in our offices and the service has been wonderful! If we have any issues or problems they are on-site within 24 hours to fix our machines. They are very knowledgeable and helpful, they came out and in-serviced our staff on how to fully utilize each of the machines. I would recommend them to anyone who is in the market for not only a great copier but awesome customer services after the purchase/lease!

This company is on it. There is always someone there to answer my questions and they are on top of making sure your ink is there before you run out.

Working with SumnerOne has been a great experience. The people there are so friendly and helpful. When we need to call them for an issue, they are always prompt and courteous.

After reporting some minor issues with the functionality of our Lexmark printer, SumnerOne had a tech out. He arrived in under 2 hours, which was an excellent response time. This printer is the lifeblood of our business and we absolutely NEED it to do business.

Really amazing customer service...our Pro-4000S needed a new print head and senior account manager Rob responded ASAP...but even more remarkable, when I pointed out a print head on both Amazon and Ebay at a better price..he not only helped confirm it was the correct one, but said they were great prices and go for it...can't beat that!!! Since we have been with Sumner One, we see a difference in our IT needs. They are very punctual with the different task that comes up and comes on site if needed with no hesitation.

Watch out for these guys. They build their service contracts into their lease. Service contracts are can be nullified while leases are iron clad, which means if you're unsatisfied with their service you're still liable to pay for it even if you cancel their service. Deceptive way to do business.

I have been a customer of Sumner One for about 3 years now and I love the variety of options they offer and the ease of doing business with them in regards to my printer and scanning needs. I am amazed with the quality of service and support! I recently just converted my phone service to them and not only did they offer me top of the line phones but a service that saves me half of what I was paying before! I highly recommend them to everyone that uses phones and computers in their business!
