Really amazing customer service...our Pro-4000S needed a new print head and senior account manager Rob responded ASAP...but even more remarkable, when I pointed out a print head on both Amazon and Ebay at a better price..he not only helped confirm it was the correct one, but said they were great prices and go for it...can't beat that!!!
