EXTREMELY poor service department. We re located in S. IL. I called the service department to confirm they covered our location, which they said they did for service of our Lexmark printers.

A work order was supposedly created to sent out a technician. Fast forward three weeks later (with no service tech or update), we get a follow-up call on how our service call went, and inquiring if they can quote on our ink and cartridges. I then update them that we ve never had a service call, or seen a technician.

They then switch me to service , where a mistake has been made and something fell between the cracks . They would schedule and take care of it. Then service department dispatcher calls later that day stating they don t service our area sorry.

I can always drag my printers over there for service though I think not!

I wait four weeks for service after inquiring up front to confirm/verify. STAY AWAY FROM THEIR SERIVE DEPT.
